The experience of Stonehenge was incredible. Tour operator was responsive to our questions. Driver dropped us off at our vrbo. It was smooth and enjoyable

I certainly hate to leave bad reviews but I need to let this company know what I experienced as a customer. Our driver was friendly and communicated well. He arrived 45 min. early at 9:15 (we did not request that) which was fine, we were available and ready. He drove us to the Stonehenge quickly and professionally. We arrived in 45 min. earlier than our ticket time. The instructions were to purchase our entry tickets one hour after pick up time for 11:00 which I did weeks before our trip. We entered the attraction as planned at 11:00. We spent one hour going from bus to the stones and back. I text our driver at 12:29 and said we will be at the van in 20 min. so we could use the facilities prior to our last leg of the trip. Once in the van before even leaving the parking lot I got a call wanting $65 for the overage in time. I was surprised to say the least. I denied giving my credit card over the phone and said I would pay the driver in cash, which I did. I don't mind paying for the 20 min. it took us to go to the restroom and return to the van although I feel that is petty but if there is another job after ours I get it.. I do mind the call I got wanting my card info. It felt like a scam and I hesitated to believe the caller making me feel uncomfortable which is why I denied giving the info and instead paid the driver cash.

That said, we completely understand how the timing may have felt tight and that using the facilities before departing is a reasonable part of the experience. Your point about the call and how it was handled is valid—we agree that it could have been better managed and more transparent. We’re currently reviewing our procedures to ensure future guests don’t feel the same discomfort. Great driver and guide but at the end not happy with the tip, it’s a tip, the service was already paid…

Efficient and safe driver took us from Southampton to central London, with a stop at Stonehenge which was excellent.

After a 12 day cruise, we decided to take a little tour of Stonehenge before going to our hotel in London. Our driver, Yilmaz was prompt, courteous and very personable. The ride was so comfortable and just what we needed. Yilmaz let us know that we had all the time we needed. After spending about 90 minutes at Stonehenge we had a very relaxing commute into London. And kudos to Daniel who helped us change our pick up time. Every interaction with this company was professional. I highly recommend them!
