English speaking driver would have been a nice option. Driver was on time and helpful carting bags. Communication on what’s app wasn’t real prompt on early conversations
Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the driver was punctual and helpful with the luggage. We also appreciate your comment regarding the English speaking driver and the communication on WhatsApp. We apologize if our responses during the initial arrangements were not as prompt as they should have been. We will certainly take your feedback into consideration to improve our service. Thank you again for choosing our service.
He was not very helpful or talkative in any way. I would not recommend this driver to anyone. The company may be good - just get a friendlier driver
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the interaction with your driver did not meet your expectations. We would just like to clarify that, as part of our company policy, our drivers generally avoid initiating unnecessary conversations with passengers. Many of our clients are arriving after a long flight or travelling for several hours and may prefer to relax, rest, or simply enjoy a quiet transfer. We therefore try to respect their privacy and personal space rather than risk being intrusive or disturbing. Of course, if a passenger wishes to talk or interact with the driver, our drivers are always happy to engage in conversation and assist with any questions or requests. In this case, it seems there may simply have been a misunderstanding regarding your preference. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
