Vores chauffør henter dig på den angivne adresse 15 minutter før den planlagte tid. Kontakt os venligst mindst 12 timer før afhentningen for at oplyse det nøjagtige afhentningstidspunkt. Når din identitet er blevet bekræftet ved at tjekke bookingvoucheren, vil den tage dig ad den hurtigste rute til Roms lufthavn (Fiumicino eller Ciampino). Medmindre andet er angivet, beregnes alle transfertjenester ud fra 1 stk. bagage pr. passager. Kunder med mere end ét stykke bagage pr. person skal informeres på forhånd for at kontrollere, om den angivne bilstørrelse er tilstrækkelig, eller om det er nødvendigt at stille et større køretøj til rådighed og anvende et højere transportgebyr baseret på den ønskede bilstørrelse. Hvis kunder rejser med mere end ét stykke bagage pr. person uden forudgående varsel, kan de blive opkrævet direkte betaling for den ekstra bil.

Great experience! Our driver was waiting in our hotel lobby as soon as we came down to check out of the hotel. (He was early, so no stress there!) He loaded our luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I highly recommend this service.

Our transfer from our Rome hotel to the airport went very smoothly. We were going to the airport to pick up our rental car and our driver was prompt, helpful and got us to the rental lot without any problems.

Nice piece of mind to know that you have a ride waiting for you right outside hotel and not having to deal with a taxi. Took us right to the terminal we needed and help load and unload our bags.

I gave this 5 stars only because I can't give any higher than 5. Our driver looked like a driver out of a movie. He was dressed in a nice Black suit and driving an immaculately clean shiny Black Mercedes. He was the ultimate example of professional. Due to the street in front of our hotel being blocked off, he had to park approximately 1/2 block away. He walked to us, greeted us, and carried our 2 suitcases for us. He drove like a trained professional driver, with both hand on the steering wheel at all times and focused on driving. We were treated and felt like we were celebrities. I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again.
