The operator attempted to more than double the price on the day of the transfer, just as I was getting to the departure airport. I refused to pay and had Viator cancel the booking with a full refund. I will not use them again. I have since learned that the price they wanted was far too high and that I was correct to cancel. Not impressed in the least !

Excellent service… safe and very friendly. The transportation was in impeccable condition and the driver was very helpful. I would definitely choose it again if I return to Bayahibe

Booked for a family vacation. Last minute flight change had us there a few hours early with no way of letting the transfer service know ahead of time. I’ve used other services that will monitor and adjust accordingly, this did not. However, one quick message and Ed had a driver there in about the time it took me to finish a beverage. Booked for the return trip and was great in making sure we made it to the airport in time. Both vehicles were newer with cold AC, both drivers were professional and bilingual. Ed even called on the last transfer to make sure I was satisfied with the service.
Mr. Stiever, thank you for your good comment, we always monitor the flights. The issue is that sometimes we have flights that the tracker does not give us the true information.

Thank you, Edwin! A nice, clean, comfortable ride with very friendly service. I highly recommend this transfer service. Edwin was on time and very friendly. Book directly with this service. Ask for Edwin. The ride was $40 from Bahia Principe to PUJ. It was less expensive than the hotel transfer service and so much less hassle.

Edwin was a great experience. Got us to the airport very fast and his vehicle was very comfortable! We even got to hear some of the great upbeat songs the country has to offer. After being hungover he made are experience that much better
