Not happy

I pre paid $180.00 which I think is a lot for a ride from the airport to our hotel which was only an hour away and when I got to the airport they informed me I owed another $100 and they were not there to pick us up. I had to pay another $160 to get our resort from a different company and Viator only gave me a $90 (half) refund.

Return Transfer from Punta Cana Airport to HM Alma de Bayahibe .Good service and price u$s135

The service I hired via wasap from Argentina .Since a friendly couple had moved back and forth in 2024, Punta Cana Airport - Hotel HM Alma de Bayahibe. I was sent by wasap a spreadsheet, filled it out and sent, hiring round trip service of large vehicles, good condition and friendly drivers, complied correctly.

Almost Stranded at Punta Cana

We arrived at Punta Cana airport, we couldn’t find anyone who could help with our reservation. We called the number of the driver provided on the reservation and he did not answer. We had to speak with random workers at the airport and borrow a WiFi hotspot to find a contact number online for Viator. We had to deal with a few shady characters before one of them were able to get in contact with the driver. We waited for over an hour before a driver appeared. During that time, my wife and friends were very anxious about being stranded at the airport. The driver finally appeared in an old van. We were just happy to have any ride to the airport, but I’m very disappointed in the service. Had I known that you contract locals to provide transportation, I may not have reserved my transportation with you.

You have to go!

Beside the drinks being a little watered down and the expensive taxi ride from the airport, the place, people, professionalism, kindness, cleanliness are top notch. The friendliness of the staff especially the people that entertain us is over the top. While lounging in the pool I was offered a Popsicle served on a tray. The food was delicious fresh and everything was very clean. The room was huge. Plenty of pools and jacuzzi. The day time and evening entertainment was amazing the staff will make you feel like family. I would recommend this resort to everyone of my family and friends.

Scammed

I got scammed out of $100. I was quoting $180 from the DR airport to the hotel eight P.M. always text that I owe an additional $100 because the hotel was further than they thought. When I called the operator set speak to the Driver when you get to the airport. The Driver never mentioned to $100. We proceeded to go to the hotel. From the hotel to the airport to go home to Driver export the $100 I explained to him that I got a call at eight P.M. and our flight was at six A.M. and we had no other choice but to say yes to transportation. He asked that I speak to his supervisor supervisor said You agreed to it which I did not. We were forced to pay the $100 in cash I felt taken advantage of and scammed I would never recommend this company to clients family or friends.

Service qualification

The transfer was very friendly and arrived at the scheduled time. One aspect to improve is that while driving he used the cell phone a lot and that does not correspond.
