The driver waited for us at the airport exit with a sign of our name. So it's easy to find him. He carried our luggage to the car. He drove very carefully and explained to us about the city along the way. The entire ride was very pleasant. It saved us a lot of time from trying to order a ride from Grab.

On the stated date, our assigned driver was present at Penang International Airport and waited for more than 2 hours for a confirmed booking, with full documentation of the date, exact waiting time, and meeting location at the arrival hall. Unfortunately, the guest did not make contact with us at that time. Mr Shah picked us up from our hotel in Ipoh and drove us to Penang Airport and we absolutely had a blast! He is so friendly and very helpful. We had about 2 hours to kill before going to the airport so he took us for a quick drive around Georgetown and also for an authentic lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed! Such a great experience. Would recommend him as a driver to anyone!
