I could have rated this experience great but this happened..We had a couple getting off at another air line and was told that they could walk , the distance was very far which we felt was unacceptable since it was in the same terminal and not out of the way but certainly too far to walk with luggage.

However, the passengers preferred to get off at the original drop-off point with the rest of the group. We always aim to be flexible and provide the best possible service, especially when passengers are traveling with luggage. We regret if this caused any inconvenience and appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our service. This experience never happened I was contacted by the tour operator to say they were unable to pick us up at the time requested for our ground transfer from Miami cruise port to Miami airport. The earliest they could make it was 11:15 which would have caused us to miss our flight. I told the tour operator that that wouldn’t work for us he said I would have to cancel with Viator. I tried to call viator and cancel my booking but got this number is not in service. I tried to manage my booking on line and cancel it and every time after minutes of waiting would get a message saying oops something went wrong try again later which I did many times. Eventually I had to book our ground transfer with someone else. I would like viator to refund me my money for services I did not use!

When you requested a pick up time that we could not accommodate due to availability, we immediately informed you that the reservation could be canceled directly through Viator, as we are unable to cancel bookings made via third-party platforms ourselves. We also want to emphasize that when Viator contacted us about your case, we authorized a 100% refund, since the service was not used and we wanted to ensure you would not incur any charges. Our team made every effort to help and to be fair, despite the situation being beyond our direct control. Our transfer by MZ Drive Miami from the Port of Miami to the Miami Airport was smooth and quick. Rafael arrived on time and was an excellent driver — pleasant, professional, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed the ride.

Great professional service. They were waiting for me at the airport. They actually found me lol!! We were ready earlier than what I thought on the way back and all I had to do was call. My driver was there in 20-25 minutes.

Our pickup at Port of Miami was a seamless experience. We’d been on a 4 day cruise with spotty internet service so was a bit worried about detail updates on our pickup arrangement. While we were disembarking we got text updates for where to go and meet, our drivers name and vehicle info - a black Mercedes sprinter van. Felt like VIPs and luxurious experience for our group of 8. Space enough for all our luggage. We got in a fiasco with the Miami marathon traffic last year and wanted to avoid Ubers/taxis lines this time around. Will definitely be using this service again next! It’s the only way to minimize travel worries with a large group.
