Apartment with problems (falling bathroom sink torch, rusted bathroom garbage torch, latrine jet without sink and water drain on the ceiling)! After great difficulty, I got the presence of the maintenance that banned the apartment and we got a new apartment that was also filled with vacancy on the ceiling! We fought and got the third apartment, finally in reasonable housing conditions! GREAT PROBLEM: If you have noticed the problem due to maintenance, you cannot talk to anyone to solve the problem because the SECRETARY does not work on Saturdays! FOOD: low grade trivial.
Driver didn’t show up. Had to use Uber. First time this has happened . Hopefully a refund will be issued.
At the time of booking they asked flight details, but when they sent the voucher, the pickup time was written 3,5 HOURS later than the flight arrival time... I tried to contact them 3 times but there was zero response but the money was charged! And when we arrived, of course there was no car! I called them and texted with them for at least an HOUR, each conversation ended with promise to be there in 10 minutes... Finally a driver came and took us to our hotell (the drive was 40 minutes). If I have never experienced any service other than excellent with Viator over many years, this one made me cautios for the future bookings, too! I will prefiere GetYourGide for some time now.
I read the reviews before I booked and on balance thought I had booked a reliable service, how wrong I was. Our journey malaga airport to marbella. Our driver did not appear so called over and over again but to no avail. Eventually I received a message via WhatsApp. They couldn't contact the driver so no one was coming to collect. I asked for another driver and received a reply that had a little broken english but my interpretation was that they had a driver so I duly waited for them to arrive but again no show so I contacted them via WhatsApp over and over again over an hour and they didnt respond. I spent in total three hours at the airport I eventually booked a Bolt and it cost the same. They said they would refund me the booking .
Awful experience. No one was waiting for us and when we finally got in touch with the tour operator they didn’t have a car available for us. They either ignored our reservation or just forgot about us completely. We ended up taking a taxi which was the same price.

For the view from the hotel nothing to say. Facing the sea. A positive, the staff, but for the rest a lot to say. First of all given the GREAT Difficulties to park in Puerto de la Cruz as on the whole Island of Tenerife, the rates are exorbitant (18€ per day at the Hotel provided there is room if not in town.... Let's not talk about it. For the Hotel unworthy of a 4 star; Room with furniture from another era eliminated armchairs , no mini bar, no bottle of water , no coffee or tea, not even Kleenex in the bathroom. No way to adjust the temperature in the room and in worse insulation. For catering , Great room unwelcoming, noisy and a restaurant worthy of an improved canteen. Breakfast good overall. The Bar unwelcoming and too small. Indoor pool too expensive. For the rest what else to say if not that it is true the climate is very appreciable, but unfortunately, too much traffic to visit , no way to find parking to explore the interior of the island and make hikes. Another remark about VUELING Co.: Unpleasant and aggressive sailing personnel if you do not master Spanish and English well.
Things have IM proved to a degree , food is a little bit better. Cooked to a degree. TAMALA IS GETTING THERE SLOWLY BUT SURELY ,HOT FOOD SHOULD BE 63/ 74 DEGREES TO STOP FOOD POISONING, WE ARE NOT HERE TO COMPLAIN , BUT POINT THESE ISSUES TO IMPROVE THE HOTEL , SO GUESTS RETURN ON A REGULAR BASE 😀 CLEANLINESS IS SO IMPORTANT TO THE ROOMS ,THE FLOORS ,THE TOILETS THE RMS IN GENERAL CLEANILES IS GODLINESS

Great flight from East Midlands Airport on 11th June 2024. The Cabin Crew were superb - efficient, friendly and very helpful. They all greeted us with wonderful smiles and we were well looked after.
Disgusting swearing driver refused to take us to property we had booked and had a photo of. Dumped us and our luggage in Torremuelle and drove off in a foul temper.He was paid for trip. Both my husband and I walk with sticks and had to walk down from top of Torremuelle dragging our luggage to find another taxi which took us straight to our villa. Shocking disgraceful treatment of two disabled people. Driver wants sacked. Do not go anywhere near this company. If I could give a zero I would
