After booking I was contacted to confirm my flight and pick information. (Which I really appreciated.) My flight was delayed and my pick up was there with a sign with my name on it. (Loved it!) Once inside the vehicle we were given bottle waters and soda which was needed after running through the airport and “fighting” of the guys outside the airport door offering unsolicited rides. We had a smooth ride from the airport to our hotel. The driver also gave us recommendations to book excursions with his company. I recommend this company. I already have my next pick up scheduled. If you’re reading this, book it! It’s too much going on outside the airport to select a ride there. You don’t know who to trust.
Cairo can be tricky to get around. Although Uber is available, there are plenty of shady drivers who show up wanting to cash and having you cancel the ride or they cancel the ride. Using this transfer was a breeze flying into Cairo from Luxor and I wished I had used it the first time I arrived in Cairo. I won’t make the mistake of not booking next time. Driver was also very polite and friendly.

Driver was at the airport well ahead of time. Car was clean and comfortable. We were given a tour of Cairo at night on our way to our Hotel. Well spoken and polite driver.Would recommend a pre booked car rather then waiting for taxis or Uber.
Wish the driver had my name on a card to wait for me. I spend almost half an hour, and assistance from the locals to call and found that the driver was waiting for me in the parking lot. Nobody told me about this change.
Had an airport transfer and got to the hotel. Was told someone would have a sign with my name but that didn’t happen and I had to make some ovine calls to get my ride.
Being relieved someone with my name waiting for me even after we were 1 hoour late due to plane delays
Viator is a horrible dishonest company that doesn't admit to their mistakes. I will never do business with viator again and recommend to others not to as well.
This ride had an amazing price, and the driver did the best he could driving during rush hour with a lot of traffic.
