Transfer fra København til Southampton

We booked the London to Southampton transfer specifically because it was advertised as transportation in an executive coach, with amenities such as bottled water. The listing even shows a Mercedes SUV, which certainly gives the impression that passengers can expect a spacious, comfortable, premium vehicle. Instead, a Toyota Prius arrived. In no reasonable interpretation does a Prius qualify as an “executive coach.” While the driver was courteous and professional, that did not compensate for the vehicle itself. With two passengers and our luggage, the car was barely large enough to accommodate us and our bags. This was particularly disappointing for a longer transfer from London to Southampton, where comfort and adequate luggage space should be expected. The issue isn’t with the driver—it is with the way Viator markets this service. Showing a Mercedes SUV and describing the transportation as an executive coach creates an expectation that is completely different from what we received. Had the listing accurately stated that the transfer could be provided in a compact hybrid such as a Prius, we would not have booked it. Viator needs to either provide the class of vehicle it advertises or clearly disclose that customers may receive a much smaller vehicle. As currently presented, the listing is very misleading and not representative of the service we received.

We've enjoyed Viator Tours in the past, but this transfer was very stressful, disatifying and unprofessional. We are responsible for ensuring sufficient time to complete the trip taking into account possible delays along the route. We allowed 4 hours for a London to Southampton transfer, usually about a 2 hour trip. The Transfer company, Kurv London, is responsible for picking us up on time, taking into account any traffic problems. Pick up was supposed to be at 11:00. My first phone call was to Karline Transfers / Kurv London at 11:10 and the representative said that pick up would be "10-15 minutes". We also received a text through Whatsapp at 11:10 asking "Are you ready for pickup?" to which I replied "Yes" and the response repeated "max 10 to 15 minutes". Our assumption was that our pickup arrival would be "soon". Further phone calls and messages with Kurv and the driver assured arrival was "5 minutes" or always "soon". Final arrival was at 12:30, 90 minutes late which was extremely unprofessional. All contact was initiated by myself, never hearing from anyone else saying that there was a further problem. We can only assume that constant assurances of the driver arriving "soon" was to ensure we did not access a different mode of travel. We did arrive before the Cruise Terminal closed, but the entire trip was far more stressful that it should have been.

Great experience, driver shower up early, comfortable Mercedes MPV. Traveled in style to our cruise!

This was the best possible way to get to Southampton from London for us. There’s cheaper ways but having a private car was very relaxing and flawless. The driver was right on time, helped with the bags, drove safely and got us there in the allotted time. I definitely do it again and recommend this service
