We made a last minute booking for our transfer from Almaty to Bishkek. We also changed our picked up time last minute. The transportation company is very efficient & helps us with our new timing. We got picked up on time & brought us to the border. After crossing the border our driver, Rasheed has been waiting for us. This transport agent was so organized & efficient. Definitely recommend them.

Yesterday I have a trip from Almaty- Bishkek. At the early morning I went to Bishkek. I made a brief 6-8hours city tour in Bishkek. I came back to Almaty in the evening of same day. So I reserve 2 times of program of "private transfer from Almaty- Bishkek". the review of this plan 1. the Almaty driver pick up me at Kazakhstan hotel smoothly. 2.The trip from almaty to border was fine. The driver was nice. 3. When I reached Kazakhstan border. The driver dropped me off. I walked to the imigration office. I can rapidly pass both imigrations ( about 10 minutes). After I passed to kyrgyzstan, I walked on the way. the Kyrgyzstan driver waited me at the parking area near a local restaurant. 4. The Kyrgyzstan driver was very nice and friendly . 5. I made a brief Bishkek city tour. I can walk to many places. 6. In the evening, I had a dinner at 5pm . I sent the pick up location of my restaurant to the tour operator. The driver will go to pick up at 6pm. 7. At 6pm the same Kyrgyzstan driver picked up me to border. 8. The immigration process was fast. 9. The different Kazakhstan driver waited me at the border. 10. He smoothly sent me at my hotel. 11. The tour manager is great. She perfectly arrange my travel plan.

Our driver in Kazakhstan drove very safely. We did see a number of car crashes along the way so that is the biggest risk. Other that that, the agency had prepared wery well with pictures of where to go at the border. The woman at the office spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Worth the extra price for us.

It was a very comfortable four hours in a car. It is a good idea to mention that there are no toilet breaks or meal breaks along the way. The driver also drove safety first. I think it is a service recommended to friends. I'm happy with Viator's service again.
