Excellent service. This was our 2nd or 3rd time using Benidorm transfers, we’ve just booked with them again for 21st December from airport to hotel in Benidorm and return on 3rd January, WhatsApp interaction is brilliant and super quick response. Drivers are punctual, smart, polite and friendly. Cannot fault them. So much better than a coach which goes around the house before you get to your hotel. Benidorm transfers drop you off and pick you up right outside the hotel door! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good place for a few days...we stayed in old Town area...New Town way to noisy for us...Good for a night out though...although can get a bit colourful late on...lots of drunks especially on the strip...old Town a bit more upmarket

Our flight was 1h30 late. We had booked a taxi so we could have peace of mind when arriving from Marseille. When we arrived the driver was not there. We can understand that the driver had left but when we booked we gave the plane reservation number. I knew perfectly well that the plane was delayed. They do not want to refund 70 euros of payment in advance. It does not seem correct to us. It is not worth booking a taxi beforehand. I advise you to take a taxi when you arrive at the airport. You saw in the end that looking for another taxi, we explained to you what happened. It didn't seem normal to you. We are older people and everything happens through the internet and it is never easy to book. Very disappointed .ROMERO MIGUEL
5 stars every time I’ve visited benedorm it’s a great town to get away with everyday life we just lost our son on Christmas eve so I’m going outside the uk for a month then bk out for the June holiday

Strap in Folks it’s gonna take a while🙄 We have just returned from our Nephews house in Villamartin that nessitated a hire car So we prebooked a vehicle with RecordGo on arrival at the Kiosk i took a customer number and wait in line only to discover 30 mins later that it was the wrong number and the lady(I’ll use that term Loosely) said that she could not book us in on that computer terminal and we would have to go to the back of the queue with a new number So having wasted 35mins we cued again only to see a different service operator book TWO customers in on said terminal at the same time,, Anyway we finally got a car and with due diligence went around the vehicle photoing and videoing all the scratches and dings Fine Had a great week’s holiday and drove to return car When the customer service guy checked over the vehicle he said there’s a dent in the roof you must pay for the damage and after supposedly EMailing Head Office gave us a bill for €462 Now here’s the rub That dent was barely noticeable and yes we had missed it And 100% was not guilty of But He went straight to it as if he knew it was already there and was fully intent on making us pay up and when questioned became abusive and rude both to me and my wife Having travelled widely and had hundreds of Hire Vehicles for many years have I ever experienced such a Blatant and scandalous Rip off and treatment On returning home we discover that another family member had received the same treatment with this bunch of charlatans Folks Remember the name RecordGo and avoid this sham of a company like the Plague
I reserved a car online with Key n' Go (Goldcar), received a booking number, paid, but when I arrived, the reservation was apparently not in the system and I didn't have a car. Key n' Go is a Goldcar company. I didn't know this until then. Unfortunately, this is not visible on the website. In the past, I always avoided Goldcar because of the bad reviews and experiences of friends and acquaintances. When I asked about the refund, I got a very unfriendly answer that I should write to Goldcar. I did this in writing and by phone, in English, Spanish and German. I was directed from one place to another, no employee was responsible. To this day, I am still trying to get my money back. Unfortunately, this story is not over yet. Any reputable company would have arranged a refund immediately and without any problems. With these experiences, I can only advise everyone against booking a car with Goldcar / Key n' Go.
