Du bliver taget fra dit hotel i Basov af en professionel guide, og du vil gå til den mest spektakulære vej i Europa - Transfagarasan. Vi stopper først og besøger Carta-klosteret bygget i sengotisk stil af cisterciensermunkene, der kom til Transsylvanien fra Bourgogne - Frankrig. Transfagarasan Highway er den mest spektakulære og smukke bjergvej i Europa, nok til at være med på den britiske motorudstilling Top Gear, Transfagarasan Highway er måske bare "den bedste vej i verden", som Top Gear-værten Jeremy Clarkson hævdede. Det er en vej, der går op i bjergene og forener Transsylvanien med Valachia. Fantastiske scener, larmende vandfald, Glaciar Balea-søen, vil få dig til at føle dig godt deroppe og glemme alt om byens stress. I løbet af vinteren, mellem november og juli, går vi op i varevogn til hotellet Balea Cascada 1446, hvorfra vi tager svævebanen (herfra er vejen spærret på grund af sne). Prisen på svævebanen er ikke inkluderet.

Det er den mest spektakulære og smukke bjergvej i Europa, nok til at fungere på det britiske motorshow Top Gear. Det er en isbjergsø beliggende i en højde af 2034 m i Fagaras bjerget. Omgivet af bjerge er der en mirakuløs udsigt omkring den. Den har en maksimal dybde på 11 m og skrælene kan ses, hvordan man svømmer ørred. Om vinteren I nærheden af søen bygger du ishotellet, en iskirke og en igloo. vi kan besøge dem og prøve værelser og kølige isenge.

Our guide did a great job explaining everything. He made sure we saw everything.
Our expectations were meet over and above what we imagined. The tour guide Daria was knowledgeable and expressed the relative information of our tour clearly and accurately while maintaining your interest at all times. The tour was great. The Transfagason Highway and mountain was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable and the car was very comfy. The cable car up to the mountain was not included in the price and it was a bit pricey but we enjoyed this tour. We also visited the monastery and the UNESCO Sighisoara town which we loved.

Excellent guide and driver,, clean and comfortable car, cable car fees not included and were surprisingly expensive. Overall enjoyable experience.
Thank you for the review. The tour description states that cable car fees, museum entrance fees and lunch are not included. In the summer when the Transfagarasan is fully open there is no need to use the cable car, we go up to Balea Lake by car, and then we avoid paying for the cable car Best regards Traian B
