I did track and rap with the Rio Radical and it was simply sensational. The staff is extremely professional, organized and passes a lot of security all the time, all mt well explained. It was a striking adventure, with that perfect dose of adrenaline and safety √ I recommend DEMAIS for those who want to live something different in Rio with a really prepared team. I would definitely do it again!

I booked the Trail and Rappel at Morro Dois Irmãos, originally scheduled for Saturday. The day before, it was raining, and I was told the activity couldn’t happen, even though they could have waited until the morning to check the weather. The next morning was sunny, so I asked if we could do it that day, but they insisted on postponing it to Sunday. On Sunday, the weather was cloudy, so while we were able to do the trail, the views were completely obscured and we couldn’t do the rappel, even though I had paid for the full activity. Despite this, they offered no refund or compensation for the part of the activity we couldn’t do. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer care.

Spectacular experience!!! Great difference was our guide Vinicius!!! Punctual, attentive, prudent, not intrusive, knowing the path!!! Congratulations!!! I highly recommend!!!

Simply the best Enterprise, our guide was the Vinicius, very attentive and very dedicated to the work, explained very well curiosities about plants and about the views we saw, I did with rapel simply spectacular, the care of the guides in explaining how it would happen and the safety that passes us, we will return even to carry out the Pedra da Gávea and will definitely be with Rio Radical.

My first experience with rap, with RR and also on 2 brothers. The guide Vinícius was incredible, very partner, led us with calm and tranquility. Outside the stories of the locals. It was amazing, I'm already scheduling myself for the next with the RR.

I received good recommendations from Enterprise but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. Guides took a long time to start the track, did not share much knowledge (as we saw other guides being more explaining in the stops), felt rushed in the provision of the Service and, to me the worst point, he used a lot of cell phone along the track. The rap was great, very safe, but there was also a hurry in carrying out the activity to not miss the sunrise. I think it is worth being more proactive at the beginning of the track so that the customer experience is not damaged for time.

What an amazing day, on my birthday, I chose the Morro Dois Irmãos trail, and I want to especially thank the guides Zé and Vinícius, who throughout the whole route and the rapel left us very comfortable. I, who was afraid to do the rap for the first time, had all the support and advice from the guide Vinícius, who explained the whole process to me calmly and encouraged me to do so. Zé also explained to me how security worked, which left the rap absolutely unforgettable. The best experience of my life. Super always recommend!!!

Wonderful team! We were guided by Vinicius and Zé, excellent professionals who gave us all the support possible and a little more!! At first I was going to do only the track, because I am afraid of heights, but Vinicius and Zé passed me so much security, Vinicius explained all the equipment, they removed doubts and made me feel confident to the point that I venture to do the rap also and, I swear, it was the best experience of my life! Overcome my fear, overcome me! And I'd do it all over again! This was only possible thanks to this team, so thank you very much to them! Not to mention the wonderful view that is up there! You can't describe the feeling of seeing the sun rise in that landscape, it's amazing! That said, it is obvious that I super recommend to everyone this adventure accompanied by the best team!
