Vi laver mad i et traditionelt røg køkken, med redskaber, der har været brugt i generationer i min familie, du vil opdage vores traditioner, og jeg vil give dig råd, der vil hjælpe dig med bedre at forstå og smage retter fra Oaxacans køkken. It was one of the best things we did during our short stay in Oaxaca. From a typical salsa to a memela, to mole coloradito with fried plantains, it was a very pleasant experience thanks to Su. We were able to meet other people from different parts of the world and learn how to make some of the most popular dishes in the region. We will return again to try other dishes. Highly recommended!
For us it was a wonderful experience, we had a great time! Su is super friendly and we felt at home, the best thing is that it has many utensils then we all participated even if we were as a couple! Thank you Su!

An excellent, in depth and hands on opportunity to learn about tradicional Oaxacan cuisine. The hosts were so kind, and encouraged everyone on the class to experiment with their own favorite flavors to make our experience special. I can’t wait to go home and try out my new cooking skills!
So happy we did this. Suzy (the chef) is so knowledgeable about the history of the food and culture around it. Made delicious salsas and learned the rules about what goes with what. The kitchen is the perfect set up and in the afternoon we made an incredible mole sauce. Highly recommend!
So glad we did this cook class, it was informative and fun. We got to do a lot of the prep work and got to fully appreciate the effort needed to make mole! Susana our host/chef and our translator was really friendly, and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend this class… we had some of the best food!

I loved this cooking class. We learned to cook several authentic Oaxacan recipes in Su's beautiful, traditional kitchen. We shared breakfast, lunch, hot chocolate and alcoholic beverages, along with so many foodie facts and stories. So delicious. So much fun. Don't miss this one!
This was a fantastic experience. We learned to cook some authentic Oaxacan recipes, along with hot chocolate, alcohol beverages, foodie facts and stories- all set in a beautiful outdoor kitchen. Great food. Great company. Don't think twice about this one. It was the perfect day.
This was not just a cooking class, it was a wonderful experience. Setting was beautiful, outdoor kitchen was beautiful and the food was incredible. I highly recommend!
