A lovely way to spend an afternoon.
Relaxing massage and scrub session finished off with a bubble bath. Everyone was really lovely and friendly. Very clean and well priced. Also provided pick up and drop off. Happy to recommend 👌

Went with family
What an experience!! Everything was 10 / 10. Will definitely recommend . Price was right where it should be . We spent 3 hours there .

Wonderful massage!
I had a wonderful foot scrub, massage and body scrub by Ayu. The flower bath was amazing as well. The overall experience was great from start to finish, including friendly staff and smooth pickup and drop off by driver Yus. Definitely recommend a visit!!

Great for couples!
It was great! I throughly enjoyed the relaxing massage. I came here on my honeymoon and was not disappointed, the masseuses did a wonderful job.

Better communication required.
This booking was confusing and a poor start to our holiday.
We emailed the address of our pickup but the massage company did not receive the details.
At one stage they were going to cancel.
We managed to convince them not to but we had to travel 1.5hours either way to another massage centre.
The massage delivery was absolutely fantastic, but the error of the pickup spoilt our holiday start and we lost half day in travel.

After we checked your reservation, we explained that when you made the reservation, you did not written the name of the hotel on 15 sept 2024 for travel date on 25 oct 2024. If you do not include the hotel name details we assume you will come to our location yourself. On the same day we have contacted you through the system or email and there is no reply. At the last minute we were able to contact you by phone and arrange a pick up to Novotel hotel, but the spa location was booked in Kuta.
On the same day our driver received a request from you that after the spa to be delivered to the place you want to go, Bali Made in Bali Store in Legian and it is 4 KM away from the spa location. And for the return trip from there is your own responsibility with the taxi you booked to the hotel.
Pick up service we have provided according to the product we promised pick up from hotel - spa- hotel / custom request to Legian. We are waiting for your next booking and of course include details of the location or hotel name to avoid misunderstanding during the reservation or at least informed 1 day before the travel date.
Thank you for your valuable time be apart on this wall. In the future, we will focus on reservations that do not include or specify the hotel name.
