Tur til Pachacamacs arkæologiske helligdom (lille gruppe)

Beskrivelse

Fun and educational tour. Our guide, Jose, lead a bilingual tour and did a great job! The tour was interesting, but just was not at the same level as something like Machu Picchu.
Jose Luis was a wonderful tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share everything he knew. This tour is absolutely worth it — a truly unique experience I’d recommend to anyone.
It is the place to know pre-inca history. The hill tall pyramids and sun temple structure make you think that was Maya influnce?
Another set of archeological ruins but such a different take - the mummies found and the stories re the practice of human sacrifice at the Temple of the Sun were captivating. Our guide was incredibly well informed charming, and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour.. plus it’s close enough to Lima to get there and back by just after lunch
Americano, our driver, was very good. And our tour guide, Jose was absolutely amazing. He made sure to explain everything and waited for us to take pictures.
A recommended tour option. Good service, friendly treatment, comfortable vehicle.
Yury was a great driver. I felt safe and taken care of the whole ride. Gema was an amazing guide. She shared her knowledge and love for Peru throughout the tour. She brought a Peruvian flag and she took a ton of pictures and shared them at the end of the trip. Gema met us with a smile at the JW Marriott. The drive south was easy and there wasn’t much traffic (we went on a Sunday morning which helped). The museum and temples were really cool to see and learn about. Gema was a tresire trove of insightful information. Truly grateful for this opportunity to learn more about Peruvian history and culture. We spent about 2 hours in total at the museum and temple ruins. I think this was the perfect amount of time. I was able to read all the info (and skip some that I wasn’t as interested in). But if you wanted to see and read everything you had enough time. I never felt rushed the entire day. At the end of the trip we were dropped off safely. I’m so glad I booked this trip. I totally recommend this trip and Yury and Gema!
Guide Patrick was great, lots of explanations and super friendly
Interesting information about the early inhabitants of the coastal area. Fascinating museum. Beautiful views of the ocean. Our guide, Melanie, was excellent!
We would have liked a little more explanation and tour
