Tour heldags højbjerg: Potrerillos, Uspallata fra Mendoza
Beskrivelse
Nyd landskabet af bjerget i sin maksimale pragt. Denne tur, som anses for at være en af de mest populære i regionen, går fra Mendoza til grænsen til Chile. Under din rejse vil du finde charmerende steder; Potrerillos og Cacheuta besidder begge en vital rigdom og funktion for provinsen. Langs ruten vil vi gøre et stop i skicentret Penitentes, for at nyde sneen i vintersæsonen. Længere fremme finder vi Puente del Inca, som er en klippeformation, der repræsenterer en naturlig bro omgivet af varme kilder. I nærheden vil vi observere gennem et storslået udsigtspunkt, Aconcagua-bjerget, den højeste top i Amerika. Til sidst, efter den internationale rute, vil vi finde toldkomplekset "Los Horcones", og senere, allerede i grænserne med Chile, afslutter vi vores tur i Las Cuevas, et sted med en europæisk byggestil, og hvor vi vil lave en stop for at nyde en mendozinisk frokost i en typisk bjergrestaurant.

Rejseplan
Efter at have hentet alle rejsende på hotellerne, tager vi til det første stop på denne udflugt i en rejse, der varer cirka en time.
Potrerillos vil være det første stop, hvor du kan få lidt frisk luft, købe en snack og beundre søen, Potrerillos Reservoir
Her vil vi befinde os foran en præ-spansktalende bosættelse af aboriginal Huarpes og også det sydligste punkt af Inkariget.
Vi besøger Villas de Picheuta, Polvaredas og Punta de Vacas.
Vi fortsætter på vores vej til Aconcagua Viewpoint uden at miste af syne den imponerende Puente del Inca (Inkabroen), et naturligt arkitektonisk værk med varme kilder.
Bagefter besøger vi Los Penitentes skisportssted, hvor du har fri tid til at køre i stoleliften og få en utrolig panoramaudsigt over området (entré ikke inkluderet).
Næste stop er et panoramisk udsigtspunkt over Cerro Aconcagua, der ligger 2750 meter (9022 fod) over havets overflade. Derfra går du til Horcones-lagunen og Aconcagua Provincial Park.
Efter den internationale rute kommer du til din endelige destination, landsbyen Las Cuevas (en landsby i europæisk stil, beliggende 3200 meter eller (10 500 fod) over havets overflade). Mellem Las Cuevas og den internationale tunnel er der en vej, der giver besøgende adgang til Kristus Forløser-monumentet, der ligger 4200 meter (13 780 fod) over havets overflade.
Det er tid til at tage tilbage til Mendoza og få et godt hvil! Bussen kører tilbage til Panamerican Highway ad samme rute og tager dig tilbage til hotellet i Mendoza omkring kl. 19.00.

Afhentningssteder og tider
Transport til og fra de fleste hoteller i centrum i Mendoza. Inden for byens byradius. I tilfælde af at boligen er uden for radius, vil du blive informeret om det nærmeste mødested for afhentning/aflevering. Bemærk venligst, at almindelige udflugter kan tage op til 30/35 minutter for afhentning. Husk, at bussen går gennem forskellige hoteller, og nogle gange er passagerer forsinkede!

- Turen er ikke afbrudt på grund af dårligt vejr. Vi efterlader det samme, og vi leverer vores tjenester på den bedst mulige måde, afhængigt af vejrforholdene for hver dag.
- I tilfælde af, at vi ikke er i stand til at overholde den oprindelige rute, udflugten suppleres med en ekstra rute gennem Uspallata Valley.

We did the high mountain excursion and we loved all the landscapes; our country is beautiful and perhaps we do not appreciate it enough. The guide knew so much and was very loving as well. Don't miss it if you travel to Mendoza.

Honestly this is the best thing I’ve done while here in Mendoza. The guide Hugo was super knowledgeable and comprehensive. You had a lot of time to really take in all the different spots you visited and the view at the last stop is breathtaking. Worth the price just for that. A must do in Mendoza!

The tour was very nice, worth the visit. Only the lunch option that is weak and expensive.

The driving distance is unavoidably long but the views worth it. It would be even better if the stopping time for the Aconcagua viewpoint can be increased while some other sites may be shortened or trimmed. The guide is very energetic and carry a positive attitude. But perhaps she is too nice to allow a guest’s request to ride our van for going back to cafe for her missing bag while the whole group of others just waiting and wasted almost an hour.

The trip was long but the sites we visited mostly were fantastic. Take the video in tunnel to Pertrelillos. It was wow video moment. Puentr del Inca was fantastic structure and stories. The cisit to Aconcongua qas good and the end of the road was just ok.

The trip is very nice and impressive Los Andes, Aconcagua, Lagos etc. But they have to advise themselves well on the weather so that all the steps of the tuor they are paying are fulfilled, we could not climb Christ with the border of Chile why it was snowy and that was not in winter, yet VIATOR does not make any warning. They still sell it to a Sky field but they don't make this stop because there's no snow in that area and they sell you the full tour

The trip was very interesting , beautiful views of lake and mountains, two stops at nice coffee and tea place , our tour guide Federico was excellent .

The tour was nice and the landscapes amazing. However, we booked the tour in English and it was completely in Spanish. We were two people, one native spanish speaker and one non-spanish speaker. This was a problem because one of us couldn’t understand what was being told and therefore, missed important informations. I don’t blame the guide, she was amazing, but it would have been more enjoyable to have the tour in English, as we booked it.

It was a great trip to Mendoza! The tour included several stations - cacheuta, picheuta, potrerillos, puente del inca. The guides were very nice and with a lot of knowledge about each of the places! I highly recommend taking the tour!

It was beautiful the high mountain tour.. The scenery is stunning, each stop is cuter than the last.. The guide was super cool, he explained everything very clearly and patiently. We stopped in places like Potrerillos, Uspallata and Puente del Inca, and we could see Aconcagua up close. Take the typical picture with the mountain in the background.. A long walk but totally worth it
