We participated in part of the October month-long Sea & Learn program on Saba (https://www.seaandlearn.org/), Netherlands Antilles. In addition to giving lectures, hikes and field observation projects, we enjoyed lectures and field projects by other professionals in the program. There are so many opportunities to explore Saba and learn from outside experts as well as local residents. The people we met through the program were delightful and inspiring. The program is run during the low season, so the rental prices are lower and not so much competition for a table at the great local restaurants. A few photos are attached of the spectacular views of Mt. Scenery and the Caribbean from the charming town of Windwardside, hummingbirds and bananaquits at flowers and feeders at The Cottage Club Hotel where we stayed, a mushroom hike I led at the trail head for Mt Scenery and the Botanical Gardens, located just on the edge of town, and a Tropic Bird banding demonstration near Fort Bay.
It was my first time visiting north of Pakistan. I went to naran with Mr. Pervaiz and I enjoyed a lot. They managed our trip according to the family needs as I had two children and my mother on tour. Will surely plan another trip soon.

Overall great experience of Naran & shogran, good daily schedule, nice sight seeing stops, and comfortable hotels, highly recommended!
