Rejseplan

So after 1 1h bus ride, you go around with 1 stop viewpoint in height to take 2-3photos. Then stop in a "factory" of sword etc. and jewelry where the saleswomen are waiting for you to guard you and a guy gives 2 strokes of mass in a "forge" of shein🙄. Completely useless, a tourist catch and 40-45 minutes of lost. We finally arrive in the city for the visit , nice, but there you have 1 guide, very nice by the way, who will take you just up to the cathedral , 3 reviews , and here is 30 minutes max the tour on foot and not at all 1 hour as indicated when. After 1h max, you have to go alone, so you don't have time to visit anything, before taking the bus back. In short go to Toledo by yourself, by train (30 minutes from Madrid) and take the time to stroll , really visit all the treasures of the city worth it. Do not go through these gogo catches that sell you 1 guided tour of 1h + solo visit 2h which is arch false.😡
Toledo is a very nice place, I went on the express tour and the guides always kept an eye on everyone who made the tour very important to bring water and comfortable shoes.
The city of Toledo is a nice place to visit and enjoy the heritage views of it. There are several places to enjoy and panoramic views that are a delight.
Such a beautiful place, but your did match the description. We only went 1 place on the walking tour with lots of time standing around listening to excessive information
This tour started off on a bus. When we got to Toledo a tour guide was supposed to be there waiting on us. We got there at 10 am. The bus driver had no idea where the tour guide was. People on the tour were calling Viator to find out why we were sitting on the bus with no tour guide. The walking tour that was supposed to start at 10 am didn't start until 11 am. The tour guide arrived at 10.50 for a 10 am tour. She said she had just got called to come last minute. The tour guide raced through the whole tour trying to play catch up. It was supposed to end at 11 am and then we were scheduled to leave Toledo at 2 pm. So we would have time to go for lunch and see Toledo on our own. Instead it ended at 12.30. We didn't end up eating lunch there as we thought we would walk around the town instead, This was the most disappointing tour I have ever been on with Viator. I feel I should get a refund for this.
The tour was very disorganized. We went there with a tour guide and got merged with 4 other tours. Then they randomly put us back to a bus and that bus has no air-conditioning and it was 40 degree outside. We had young kids and elderly. Don't join this tour unless you want a heat stroke. They didn't even give us a full refund saying they provided part of the service.

The views are amazing and Toledo is a must see but suggest you only do this if you are Spanish or don’t mind being treated like a second class citizen compared to the Spanish speakers who got priority at every turn, even jumping lines to get on the bus. The formal tour bit was too long for us. and included a mandatory and unadvertised stop of nearly one hour at a factory. There was too much hanging around and timings are very very loose ( “be back on the bus by 1:45 “ translated as “ the staff may get there by about 1:45 and they will keep you hanging around in the heat till we eventually left at 14:05. Net result we only had just over an hour of free time in Toledo - so if you want to actually see anything you need to do a full day

Jorge was excellent! I really enjoyed hearing him speak in both English and Spanish to his passengers. He was very efficient, caring and polite to everyone. He was very informative too. It was an enjoyable tour.
Dear Client, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us. We wish you a happy day. Best regards, Express Toledo Customer Service Team.
We took this tour because we wanted two things - to have a walking tour of Toledo and to have some free time to see the town by ourselves. While going there by bus, we were taken to a factory that manufactures swords to watch a 5 minute demonstration of sword hammering, 10 minutes of making damascene jewelry and 40 minutes in the souvenir shop. Nowhere in the description of the tour did they mention this stop, which had nothing to offer. Unfortunately it was waste of our time and we ended up with no free time in Toledo. Our guide of the walking tour was really nice but her english accent was a bit difficult to follow.
Hi Apologies for this inconvenience. We have took part on it and we will reduce the time in the shop. Regards
I always had interest in knowing toledo, really impressive, the city, its beautiful attractions, everything was very good, the guide tried very hard, we could know many attractions.
Muchas gracias por su opinión y la valoramos para mejorar día a día.
