Very interesting tour where we had over two hours looking around the museum which is very interactive and fascinating. We then visited the tender Nomadic which was also very interesting and was the Titanic’s tender in Cherbourg and the only White Star vessel in existence. Then it was over to the Titanic whisky distillery which we toured and sampled some of their products. Just outside of the distillery is HMS Caroline, the only existing ship from the Battle of Jutland. Didn’t have time to go on board, but just seeing her and snapping a few photographs was exciting. Our guide was lovely too and very informative.
Plenty of time at the Titanic Museum to see everything and enjoyed the tour of the distillery. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The Titanic Museum and the Distillery tour are excellent and would be rated 5* but we booked the guided tour because we wanted to be accompanied in the Titanic Museum to understand more than just what is displayed after doing the Guinness Tour by ourselves. Unfortunately what is advertised is not what the guide is supposed to give you. You meet at a cafe just around the corner from the museum and the guide’s job is to show you to the museum - you can see it from the meeting point. Fortunately our guide was excellent, talked us through SS Nomadic and then basically blagged her way into the museum to guide us around. Otherwise we were prepared to pay the £24.95 to get her in. Her guidance was invaluable both in the museum and outside where she showed us around the Titanic Hotel, slipways, lighthouse, HMS Caroline before dropping us at the distillery. The museum and distillery are both great but unless you get a guide like ours you will be ripped off for £90
This was the most amazing thing I have ever done the museum was very good and at times very emotional. I would recommend this to anyone.
It was absolutely wonderful! The museum is incredible! So so well done with just the write combination of history and human experience. Also our tour guide was perfect!
Titanic museum was a fantastic interactive experience. I’ve learned to appreciate whisky for the first time in my life. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and ensured we were well logged after.
The tour began with a short, interesting walk to the Titanic Experience. Fiona gave us a good overview on Belfast and shared specific details about what we were seeing. This was quite helpful as this was our first day in Belfast. Fiona was kind and informative and answered all of our questions. The Titanic Experience was just that - an experience! Good for all ages and very interesting! We spent 2 hours - you could spend longer - really depends on the person. Fiona then walked us to Titanic Distillers and shared more info on the way. The Distillers was very cool! Brian, our guide, was informative and fun! This was the perfect way to end the tour, as Titanic Distillers is in the former Titanic pump house. We enjoyed our tasting and the delicious beverage Brian made us and I have a new found knowledge of and appreciation for whiskey. Thank you, Brian!
If u go to Belfast u must see it.. u will love it...
Great attraction, well told story and very spectacular and emotional. Congratulations to the city on the tremendous museum you have created. I only have one BUT. There is a map of the commercial routes and the Canary Islands are missing. The archipelago was an important point for British vessels and in its attraction is omitted.
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star rating! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our curated content, engaging experience, and the extraordinary inclusions—and especially delighted that your guide made the tour truly stand out. We’d be absolutely delighted to welcome you back on another one of our tours in any of our other destinations. Until then, thank you again for choosing to explore with us!
Fabulous museum that is not just about the dreadful tragedy of the sinking. It's and evolutionary story of the ship building company and the Belfast ship yards. The labour and skills that went into building so many ship. The Titanic story takes you on an in depth journey from the build to testing, events that lead to the disaster and a very sombre remembrance to those that perished along with some significant items. To the discovery of the wreck so many years later. There are many brilliant photo's that take you back to that time in history.
Suzhan, thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear how much you appreciated the Titanic Museum’s comprehensive storytelling — from the shipbuilding heritage of Belfast to the craftsmanship, innovation, and human stories behind this historic tragedy. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the museum’s immersive exhibits, photographs, and the moving remembrance of those who perished. The experience is indeed designed to honor both the remarkable engineering legacy and the deep emotional history of the Titanic. We truly appreciate you sharing your reflections and hope your visit leaves lasting memories of Belfast’s proud maritime past. Warm regards, The LetzGo City Tours Team
