Vi arbejder kun med specielle, lokale belgiske øl, og du kan lave så mange Brussels waffles som du ønsker. Værten vil lære dig om forskellige typer af waffle, processen med at producere øl, hvorfor øl og waffle fungerer godt sammen, og meget mere. Ud over øl, tilbyder vi også andre traditionelle belgiske ingredienser og toppings til Brussels waffles (såsom Cassonnade og Speculoos spread). Du vil forlade dette værksted med fuld mave, varmt hjerte og din nysgerrighed tilfredsstillet.

This workshop is the best of both worlds, beer and waffles! You satisfy your tipsy cravings with a waffle that also has beer inside. The waffles were really good and a large variety of toppings was offered. Our host Titch was very knowledgeable about the different beers offered and explained to us how they are made and so... learned a lot about waffles too.
I went there for my birthday because I wanted to make my own sweet treat for that special day. My friend and I had so much fun: the explanations were clear and super useful, with loads of tips to do more waffles at home. Best thing? You can eat the waffles you made at the end ! Just make sure you don't over eat before the workshop haha
