Great trip, kids loved the sights. The coach was comfortable and the guide had great knowledge, the caves were a great addition. Thank you
Lovely day just wish they was more time at Jameso Agau to saok in the views and enjoy a drink at the cafe.
Very poorly organized excursion. Everything was rushed; at Los Jameos del Agua they gave us 1 hour, between waiting in line and getting in, it is less time. And you have to run to get back to the bus. You don't even have time to stop at the souvenir shop, or stop at the bar, or see it in a relaxed way. In Timanfaya everything was rushed, those doing the demonstrations had bad attitudes. And then they give you 13 minutes of free time. The same thing, there is no time to take a photo, or go to the souvenir shop, or anything. Running to the bus. Afterward, they give you the choice of whether you want to eat at an agreed-upon place, which is not mandatory, but there is almost nothing around. And you eat... the food is terrible. Everything frozen, bad, and the bread is five days old and hard. They also give you 1 hour there; you finish eating that delicious food and you have to get on the bus right away. An excursion I would not recommend. The only good thing was the Cuevas de los Verdes. And after not letting you see anything because you have to run and run, they invite you to leave them a tip.

En cuanto al tiempo de cada parada, esta específicamente indicado en el producto (siendo siempre aproximados) : Parque Nacional de Timanfaya, 40 minutos Islote de Hilario, 15 minutos Comida por libre, 1 hora Cueva de los Verdes,55 minutos Jameos Del Agua, 55 minutos Aun asi, lamentamos que el tour no cumpliera con tus expectativas
Great experience! It’s a wonderful way to explore the island and see many of its most beautiful places.
Interesting and different day! Great to hear all about the island and the volcanos. 9 year old got a bit bored towards the end but loved the cave experience. Stopped off for lunch and didn’t feel rushed. The guide was excellent, friendly and explained everything in multiple languages. She made the trip! Would recommend if you fancy exploring and something different from the pool/beach!
The excursion was great, with a good distribution of time in each place visited. Regarding the service, attentive from beginning to end; I forgot an item on the bus and they made sure to get it to the hotel where I was staying. 100% recommended
A top-notch day trip with guide Daniella. Beautiful geothermal experiences at Timanfaya Park. At Cueva Verdes, a 2 km walk through the caves. And to finish, a superb discovery at Jameos Agua.
The places we visited were great attractions but the tour itself was disappointing. Timanfaya visitor centre was very rushed with only about 20 mins there to see the experiments have refreshments and use the bathroom. The tour guide, I think Rachel, was rude to other guests multiple times and very impatient. She berated a young couple for speaking to each other in French on the bus and again for using the bathroom at the end of one of our stops. The lava tunnels were amazing but we were herded through, shuffling like penguins. It would have been much more enjoyable to explore at our own leisure. The tour would have been more informative if they weren’t catering to 3-4 different languages in one go as this was very confusing, especially at the end when important information about changes buses was being explained. A lot of time spent on the bus was expected, the driver was excellent navigating sharp turns and steep drops in Timanfaya. We spent some time on another bus, this guide, Eric was very friendly and helpful!
It was a very eventful and well-organized tour. The tour guide on the bus was very nice, and Christina conveyed a lot of information in a witty and charming manner. It was a successful conclusion to our Lanzarote trip. We booked the highlight tour with Timanfaya, Jameos Agua, and Cueva Verde.
The actual experiences themselves were really good and impressive, the only downsides were a fair bit of coach driving and also we didn’t get much time at each location (appreciate they have to manage capacity etc).
