I appreciated this as this put me at ease and gave me a point of contact in case there were last minute unforeseen scenarios On the day itself, Jackie and the drive turned up ahead of time. The vehicle provided was not only clean, but spaciously accommodated my group of 6 adults Jackie was an excellent guide and brought us to a nice local place for lunch; which was delicious and reasonably priced. Michael is an excellent guide: friendly, knowledgeable and organised! My interactions with Lily from the head office were polite and efficient. Michael also took us to a local restaurant with delicious food (the thrice cooked chicken is a must!). The Camel Bell show is very entertaining— there are English subtitles. Our children loved the music, special effects, live camels, and wolves (huskies). Overall, it was a fun and memorable day!

We wanted a private tour to see the Terracotta Army and Hanyangling Museum. What we got was an excellent day led by Micheal Chang and his driver. Micheal was so knowledgeable and could answer all our questions on the way to the Terracotta Army. At the Terracoota Warriors Museum he navigated us through the crowds and provided us with lots of interesting informations. Before going to Jingdi’s tomb, Michael took us out to a very good local restaurant. The food was amazing! We definitely had an amazing day that met all our expectations. We spent a wonderful day with Jackie, learning about the terra-cotta Warriors and Chinese history. He was very knowledgeable about history in general, and about this particular site. He also had good insights into places for us to stop and see certain aspects of the Warriors. We went through each of the pits as well as the museum. After the tour, he joined us for lunch, which was wonderful as we got some more insight into the foods and some assistance with ordering. Jackie also had a really fun sense of humor, which we and our teen boys enjoyed. I would highly recommend to work with Jackie for your terra-cotta warrior experience. We had considered seeing the site on our own, but there is minimal information in English and we would’ve missed out on a lot of the meaning of what we were seeing.

We had an excellent private tour to see the Terracotta warriors, arranged by Lily and led by guide Michael. Michael was very knowledgeable about historical topics and enthusiastically shared information with us. He and driver Mr. Wang both worked hard to optimize our time and were very flexible to our requests. Upon their suggestion, we added a stop at the Tomb of Emperor Jingdi, which was worthwhile and also interesting. We were so pleased that we added an extra day of private city tour with Michael, which was also wonderful. He again shared lots of insights and was flexible to our interests, and took us to spots and eateries we would not have found. Highly recommend Lily’s tours and guide Michael!

Cathy did a spectacular job at showing us around the Terracotta army and Xi'An. Very knowledgeable, engaging and helpful - her style is excellent for getting a real understanding of the area, history, people and culture.

Lily is an extraordinary guide, her deep knowledge of Xian and surroundings, their history and their landmarks, her excellent English and friendly personality made the tour very enjoyable ... in addition Lily went way beyond her duty to help me solve problems unrelated to her tour ... I had broken my main camera in Taipei and wanted find a possible replacement ... Lily found a well stocked photography store (not easy in a country where most people think cell phones are cameras) which carried the brand I wanted and also shipped a couple of museum guide books back to me in Canada (which involved packaging the books and handling the post office/customs forms) ... this was a BIG contribution to make my visit to Xian a very special trip that I will always remember ... Had the best tour guide Michael. He was so knowledgeable and very informative. Also so kind. He heightened our experience with his wit and charm. Had so much fun. If you are ever in Xi’an then you can't miss the experience.

Michael was an amazing tour guide, 100% recommend, - he is professional, knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about his clients. I didn’t book this tour on time but he still managed to add me to a small private tour. If I had gone without Michael, I would have no idea where, when to go but also would never had learned the vast and interesting knowledge he gave. There was never a question he wasn’t able to answe, and he was always very caring. Michael made my Xian experience unforgettable, I feel very lucky to have been able to be toured by him as he went above and beyond true customer service. We had a fantastic day out from start to finish. The expertise of our guide, Stephanie, treated us to so many insights and informative facts on the Terracotta Warriors and the driver was prompt and professional. She also helped us to take pictures and videos, which were brilliant. There were several activities to choose from, allowing us to customize the tour to meet our group needs. We decided to watch the show "Tuo Ling Legend" that was the highlight of the day and a great way to end our Silk Road trip. Highly recommend this tour.
