Turen begynder i Chula Vista. Cool Down Coffee Shop på E street / Bay Front trolley-stationen i Chula Vista er mødestedet og udgangspunktet for turen. Vær til tiden, transport vil give 15 minutters henstandsperiode og derefter tage afsted til turen.
Besøg Tijuana Cultural Center for at opleve museet og den botaniske have samt tage nogle sightseeing på Boulevard Heroes.
Besøg den berygtede Trump's Wall i Playas de Tijuana for billeder, sightseeing og nyd stranden samt nogle cocktails og ceviche-tostadas.
Gå rundt på Avenida Revolucion for shopping, sightseeing og håndværksøl og tequila-smagninger. Besøg også den berømte Caesars Restaurant, hvor Caesar's salat blev opfundet. Se Jai Alai-bygningen og Caliente Casino.
Tacos Taconazo i Zona Rio er stoppestedet til frokost. Nyd lækre ægte mexicanske tacos af svinekød, oksekød eller vegetar med masser af guacamole og salsa.

Mario was very friendly, and was an amazing tour guide . He was very patient, and answered our questions with enthusiasm. The tour itself was a very special experience for me and my family. We got to taste Mexican culture and history, and it was a memorable experience.

I did a lot of research before booking the Tijuana city tour and our experience went above and beyond what I anticipated. Mario has curated a wonderful and varied tour which squeezes in so much. He picked us up from our apartment and drove us to all the sites, including the cultural museum, downtown, local markets and infamous trump wall. We also had great food and experiences at a local taco place and craft beer bar. Mario is a professional and extremely knowledgeable tour guide. If you are reading this, i would definitely recommend his tour.
The tour was amazing! I have been to more than 20 countries, so I have my fair share of experiences with tours. However, this one was the best of all. Mario was the kindest person ever, he is very attentive and fun. You can always trust his recommendations. In other countries, I often had the sense of being trapped in a tour that went too fast or too slow. Mario was amazing at meeting us where we were and getting the energies high up again. It truly was like hanging out with a friend or family member.
We had so much fun in just one day. I really love how Mario tells us stories and histories about the places we went to. And it was also so convenient to leave from san diego and he would just drive us to tijuana and take care of all the things. All you have to do is show up. The selection of places we went to was really interesting.The food that we had was also really really good. He just knows the place really well and it would have been so different if I went there by myself. I would really recommend the tour. I like the tour guide as well. He was really Friendly and knowledgeable.
We started the trip with a visit to the museum which was a good introduction to the history of Mexico. Then we went for a Mexican food experience and a short walking tour of Avenida Revolution. Mario was an excellent guide and the experience was great. Thanks a lot!
This is an absolutely wonderful tour to take if you want to get an authentic view of Mexico. With this tour, you get a full day of walking around and visiting Tijuana, and so much of what makes Mexico unique. It is so much more than stopping for a couple hours in Mexico like you would on a cruise, staying near the "safe" port of the ship the entire time. The tour takes you to several places, and you get to taste so much authentic Mexican food. Having Mexican street corn from a street vendor by the Baja peninsula was something we will never forget! The market was great, as well as every other stop. Mario was fantastic, and being native to the area made the tour memorable and exciting. We highly recommend it.
Rene is FANTASTIC!!! This was the best trip thanks to his knowledge and kindness what a great time! Fastest border crossing ever! Only 20 minutes to cross the border use them for that perk alone it’s worth gold! Highly recommend this company Mario & Rene are so FUN and accommodating what a great excursion felt so safe in their hands and look forward to doing the wine tasting tour with them next time!!!
Our two families from Australia visiting San Diego did a private day tour with Mario to get a taste of Mexico in Tijuana. Pickup and drop-off from our hotel in San Diego made it so easy. The format of the tour was perfect to get some Mexican history and see the highlights of Tijuana as well as the best tacos we had on our trip (we tried plenty in the US) for lunch. Mario is a passionate local and provided great insight into his home country and answered all our questions enthusiastically about his interesting country. The only lowlight was the hour or so waiting in traffic to get back through the border into the US (but that is unavoidable) and Mario finds the quickest way possible. Highly recommend this tour.
I went with my family (wife, 2 daughters) for the Tijuana city tour, and we had an amazing time. I'd highly recommend this company and Mario, our tour guide. Mario was highly knowledgeable, kind and accommodating, and just an excellent guide overall. He also takes plenty of pictures and shares them later (via google drive), which was a huge bonus. Our teen and pre-teen had a great time (does not always happen on family outings), and my wife thanked me for booking the trip after we got home. Highly, highly recommend this trip.
