We had a wonderful day tour today to Nairobi National Park and the Sheldrake Wildlife Trust. Our guide/driver extraordinaire, Harrison picked us up promptly at or hotel in time for us to arrive into the park before sunrise. We never felt like we were in a crowd and he did a great job taking us off the beaten path to find some wonderful wildlife surprises. We would highly recommend you company.
Hello, Hope you are well Thank you for qriting back to us about your tour to the Nairobi park,Giraffe center and Elephant orphanage. We are glad you had a great day and saw many animals. I will share your great feedback with your driver/guide Harrison. Thank you recommending our company. Warm regards Daisy
To start, our guide Albert arrived early so we were able to leave from our hotel promptly at the scheduled time. Throughout the tour, Albert told us many facts about Nairobi, Kenya and each animal we saw. Due to our early arrival into the park we saw many many animals. We were able to see giraffes, buffalo, white rhinos, lions, Thompson gazelle, Grant gazelle, Hartebeast, impala, wart hogs, ostriches, plain zebra, antelope, crocodile, hippo, and many bird species. It was an incredible experience. We then went to the elephant orphanage were Albert ensured we had the best possible opportunity to view and pet the baby elephants. Then made a stop for lunch and to look at souvenirs, before heading to the giraffe center were we feed adult and baby giraffes, and learned about Kenya's different types of giraffes. This tour was amazing, but I truly don't think it would have been as good if we didn't have Albert ensuring we had the best possible experience during each stage of our tour. Thanks for an amazing experience!
Hello Nicole, We thank you for such a detailed positive feedback. We are delighted when we read of your amazing experience, from seeing a ton of wildlife, to having the best spot to view elephants to feeding and learning about giraffes . I will share your great feedback with Albert your amazing guide. We hope another adventure sends you our way and we get to meet.Best regards, Mercy
Book through the website for the best price an worry-free trip! As I travelled solo, I requested to join a group for this tour and it was quickly arranged, although it seemed like the other 5 people in my group were booking with different agencies/on different platforms. African Beast Tour made sure that I did not have to pay anything admission fee at the door, unlike the others who struggled with payment on the eCitizen system. Watson is an amazing driver and guide, and he made sure that we always have the best views of the animals in the National Park. It was raining the night before and the roads were extremely bumpy, but Watson is a very skilled driver! 🚗✨ We got to see a lioness and her cub hunting (unsuccessfully) for gazelles! The elephant orphanage is very much recommended. During only a short hour you will get to learn so much about the orphaned baby rhino and elephants there, and even get the chance to pet them. If it rains, make sure to bring your mud-proof shoes. The Giraffe Centre highlight was feeding the giraffes, obviously. There is also an education room where you get to learn a bit more a bout these gorgeous animals. Don't stand too close, they might head-butt you!
Hello Hannah thank you for the well detailed positive feedback . We are happy to hear you were lucky to witness a lioness with her cubs hunting. I will share your great feedback with Watson your skilled driver. Thank you for choosing us. Best regards, Mercy
We had a great tour thanks to Black Santa! He picked us up bright and early from our hotel and we entered the national park just after sunrise. We saw a variety of animals including hyenas, various birds, antelope, gazelle, Buffalo, hippos, crocs, giraffes, rhinos, and even saw some baby lions. After the safari in the park we stopped off at a market and had a quick coffee. Black Santa made sure to get us the best spots for the elephant sanctuary as well at the giraffe centre. He also took us to a bead factory where we got to see how the project is helping the community and we enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant. Would definitely recommend!!
