My mother and I went on a day trip to multiple locations with Miyu as the guide and have nothing but positivity to say about her and the experience. She is a very kind guide with a lot of knowledge about every site we went to and knows exactly how to get around the trains and buses. 10/10 experience
This was a great way to see Kyoto's main sites in one morning. Miyu was a great guide - knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. The small group size meant we were able to proceed at our own pace at each of the three attractions and using public transport was a quick and effective way to get around. Highly recommended.
This was a great tour for my first morning in Kyoto! My guide Taira was super knowledgeable of the places we went and how to navigate around town smoothly. Going to see Kingakuji and the Fushimi Inari shrine early in the morning is the way to do it! I really enjoyed this experience!
We had a fantastic tour with our guide Sara, a young local who is very knowledgeable about the history of Japan. She kept our tour going at a good pace where we saw a lot but never felt rushed. She is also very helpful with taking fun pictures for the group.
Our tour was absolutely lovely - not only for the amazing locations included in the tour - but also because our guide, Tang, did a very good job. He's prepared and professional, explained us lots pieces of information and facts without being boring or hard to understand. He cared for us during the whole tour, making sure we were never overwhelmed by the hot climate and the enormity of the crowd - something we deeply appreciated. Also, he gave us the best reccomandations for food and activities to find in Kyoto, based on our interests - which he got to know very well, since he truly met us and got an understanding of who we are - . The tour is absolutely beatiful and manageable, but having the right guide like we did, can be a gamechanger.
We had such a wonderful Kyoto morning tour with Taira. He s fluent in English, friendly, smart, interesting to listen to and to talk to and always with a genuine smile. He introduced us to all the historical informations before & while visiting the places. We had such a great time and will remember everything he taught us bc of his fluent English and lovely way of explaining, I recommend him to everyone visiting Kyoto, Nara & Osaka with/ without kids
Our guide, Kanami, was super friendly and knowledgeable! She navigated the train/bus system seamlessly and taught us so much along the way! She even finished the tour by getting my daughter and I a taxi to a great area with street markets and the tiger shoe store. I would highly recommend this tour!!
We took the option to have an english speaking guide which I think was a great decision. We gained so much more from our guide Jin than we possibly could have on our own. The locations we visited were truly amazing and certainly should not be overlooked Jin was very knowledgable and gave an interesting insight into the history and background of the sites and other Japanese customs and cultural topics. If you are able to have Jin as your guide you will be very satisfied .
We had a wonderful experience with Reiya! He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the entire tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. We had enough time to walk around and appreciate each place without ever feeling rushed. He took us to the three places I most wanted to visit in Kyoto, and by 1:00 p.m., I was already back at my hotel. It was the perfect way to see Kyoto comfortably and peacefully. Thank you so much, Ryan, for such a memorable tour!
Miyu was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. She guided us through all the sites without rushing and it was a bonus having help to negotiate the train system to all the sites. Highly recommend.
