Worst experience I have ever had changed times on me 3 times got here when the email said I should get here and the ticket was wrong horrible!!

Great experience
It was great. I got the tickets ahead of time and everything went smoothly. Will definitely book again.

Lots of chummy emails but no follow through w the tickets!
If it wasn’t for us being proactive and contacting Viator help line at the last minute we would not have received our tickets and we would have traveled to and stayed here in Coyoacán without being able to see the main reason we came here!!!
