⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely one of the best experiences we had in San Diego! We decided to be ambitious and chose the hardest escape room for our very first escape room experience, and it made the adventure even more exciting. It was definitely a challenge, but every puzzle was clever, immersive, and incredibly rewarding to solve. The attention to detail in the room was amazing, and the entire experience kept us engaged from beginning to end. The staff was also fantastic—friendly, enthusiastic, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They explained everything clearly and got us excited before we started. If you’re looking for a fun, unique activity in San Diego, I can’t recommend The Escape Game at Westfield UTC enough. Whether it’s your first escape room or you’re an experienced player, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back and try another room. 10/10!

Timeliner was our 3rd escape game at UTC and we had so much fun! Star was really helpful in guiding us through when we got stuck and came in at the right times :)
Fun and creative escape room. I felt it was more difficult than the rating but the puzzles were good.
Star was a great guide! They were attentive and could tell when we needed clues. We successfully completed our heist!
Heist was an awesome room, and Ayden was a great guide! My family of 5 has done many escape rooms together, and this has been one of the best. The puzzles were intricate and there were several steps which gave all of us enough to do. Would definitely recommend this room with Ayden as your guide!

We had such a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Star! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic from the moment we arrived. She explained everything clearly, gave us the perfect amount of hints when we needed them, and made the whole experience even more fun. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and wants everyone to have a great time. Thank you, Star, for making our escape room experience so memorable—we can't wait to come back!
