We booked our private family tour of six people with Israel Mendoza to take us from our hotel in Roma Norte, Mexico City to Teotihuacán pyramids. We met him at the Chapultepec Castle because my relatives hired him as an English tour guide for my 20-year-old son and since my son likes history they both got along well. we hired him two days later for this private group tour. We coordinated the pick up from our hotel and he responded immediately on WhatsApp. He has an Instagram page as well. He speaks both English and Spanish which was helpful because our group had a mixture of both, and he was very knowledgeable about the history of the pyramids. During the trip, he didn’t just take us to the pyramids but he took us to a restaurant and a tourist shopping area in between visiting one part of the ruins and the other side. It was a great journey experience having an experienced and friendly tour guide who drove us around in a comfortable van that was very spacious and air conditioned. I would book again with Israel if I travel to Mexico City.
We had an excellent experience thanks to our guide, Garbine, and our driver, Yosthin. Garbine was extremely knowledgeable and shared insights that truly enriched the trip. Both Garbine and Yosthin were friendly, easy to interact with, and made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the day. They were also very accommodating and flexible with our schedule and needs, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Combined tour with Dhrine of Huadaloupe lunch, spirits tasting, obsidian info, tri-cultural site in Mex City before driving to Teotivhuan.
Garbiñe was our guide and was wonderful! We loved working with her on our tour of Xochimilco and Coyoacán and Reforma Avenue. She was fun and educational. Would highly recommend!
