Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Booked the tour with pick up, picked up directly outside our apartments then taken swiftly to experience. Greeted by Yasine our guide who was fantastic throughout. He ensured complete safety while making the experience fun and informative. We were given snacks and plenty water throughout. For an extra 10 euros each we were sent lots photos of the family both in the buggy and enjoying the views. I would 100% recommend this experience. Was such fun from beginning to end :)!!
Fantastic experience - well worth doing ! Ok trips like this are not cheap but it is an experience of a lifetime. Great friendly staff with no faffing around. Duration was great at c. 3 hours Be careful of the cold - we were not fully prepared - I had a jeans on, and a Jack wolfskin jacket and I was still extremely cold - I would have like to bring a wollen hat.
Well you can really tell this is a money grabbing business. To start with Gabriel picked us up in a 9-seater mini van, upon arrival there was already 7 people in the van and we was a group of 3 making this 10 in a 9 seater. We was greeted with his comment ‘we have a problem, you will have to sit on each others laps’ They had not accounted for the correct amount of guested meaning we could not wear seatbelts. Health and safety issues don’t stop there! He also drove on his phone the whole time on both journeys taking up over the central line in the road a few times. I have attached a photo of this for evidence. When we arrive it was lucky we were in a buggy as they charged the quads an extra 10 euros to change drivers. They also asked for our emails to send photos they would be taking on the tour which cost 15 euros each, we declined this offer and lucky we did as the photos of the other guests were blurry. The whole trip was disorganised you could clearly tell the company only paid attention to the guests who had paid the extra fee fie the euros. They had a brilliant encounter, they learnt their names and enjoyed the experience. Ours however was the complete opposite, we also got told we had to wait till last to take photos with the sunset as we was a group of girls and not couples, the couples took priority! If it weren’t for us taking our own route and finding another spot we would have missed this photo opportunity. I was disgusted with the whole experience and would definetly not recommend!!
Ci dispiace molto che l’esperienza in nostra compagnia non sia stata di tuo gradimento. Ad ogni tour dedichiamo la stessa attenzione e cortesia a tutti i nostri ospiti 😀 Lasciare recensioni come questa lascia il tempo che trova e non ci aiutano a migliorare laddove fosse possibile. Il Teide è grande e non capisco che difficoltà abbiate avuto a scattare foto per conto vostro , dato che gli ospiti sono liberi di fare ciò che vogliono quando siamo in sosta ( sempre rispettando il parco nazionale e le misure di sicurezza. Dalla recensione deduco che siate persone bisognose di maggior attenzione , in questo caso vi consiglio la prossima volta per le vostre esperienze di prenotare un tour privato 😀, potrete così avere un’intera staff a disposizione solo per voi . To repeat without a doubt! The views along the entire route are exceptional! The guide was a 10! We had to wait a bit to get started but it was worth the wait.
We payed 250 euro for a Buggy and received a car. The woman at the reception was very rude and didn’t help us to solve the problem. We left without taking the tour.
What a great trip! What a friendly people! Highly recommended! I'd take a coat and sweater. But even the guides have thought of that. Top experience! Our children 7 and 10 loved it too. Booster seats are also available!. They even have sandwiches for the layover. And different photo moments very nice! Overall great

We are a family of four with two girls aged 10 & 13, so we had the four seater buggy, it was amazing. Not an extreme off roading experience just a super cool way to visit Mt Teide, and take some lovely photos, the team were very professional, knowledgeable and polite and safety was their 1st priority. It was noisy at times but that’s part of the experience, we stopped off several times to take photos and once for a bite to eat, So glad we shared this family experience together and it made our trip to Tenerife even more memorable, 10/10 for me 👍
