Our driver (Jesse) was punctual and very professional. He attended to our luggage and assisted our boarding very courteously. His driving was very safe and we were extremely delighted with the experience.

No body comes to pick us from the airport!! 👎👎👎👎 we tried to call, email. Still no body comes. It was 1:00am me and 2 of my kids we We came for vacation.
Dear Charly_E, As you are well aware our driver was ready on time at 1 am and texted you to ensure you that he has arrived and is waiting you at the meeting point . Unfortunately this is when you have realized that the reservation has been made for the wrong date. We have immediately informed Viator / TripAdvisor about the situation. It is unfortunate and unjust to book the wrong date and make a negative review about driver not being there. We have a hard working team and that never miss a service and always arrive on time. The driver arrived on time. He was not engaging which I am ok with that, but at least should have verified my flight. He dropped me off In the wrong terminal, adding 25 minutes plus delays, since I have to figure out and take a bus. I strongly suggest better communication from your service , perhaps 12-24 h prior. This service is below average to my expectations.
