although we booked for 2, the capacity was 3-4. we had another person to travel with us and the driver would not take the person, first said yes and then no. there was room in the car!
Dear Ilene_B, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the reservation was confirmed for 2 passengers only. While the vehicle may have had additional seats available, the extra person was not part of the booking and was a stranger to the reservation. In addition, they requested to travel to a different location, which changes the agreed route and mileage. For insurance and liability reasons, our drivers are not permitted to transport unregistered passengers or change destinations without an updated booking. Quick, easy, convenient. Best way to get to airport. Driver will reconfirm schedule with you one day in advance. And will let you know once they arrive for pick up.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Available when I called and needed clarification, made two stops for me and waited as long as I needed. Helped with luggage. Highly recommend.
