Seamless transfer experience from Tbilisi Airport to the hotel in Tbilisi. Company contacted me the day before to confirm details and let me know who the driver was and where he’d wait for me. Driver also contacted me and held a sign with my name waiting for me after baggage claim. He was also helpful with the luggage and drove safely to Tbilisi. Overall, great option if you want a seamless airport to hotel transfer in Tbilisi.

Very poor. Turned up late, no greet, no idea what car, didn’t leave the car. We had to find them. Do not use
Dear Craig We would like to clarify a few points. According to our records, our driver arrived at the airport before the scheduled pickup time. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding and the fact that your flight landed earlier than expected, there was a delay of approximately five minutes before you were able to connect with the driver. During this time, our driver attempted to locate you, and once you met, he immediately apologized for the inconvenience. Regarding the vehicle, the transfer was provided in a clean and well-maintained Toyota Camry with an English-speaking professional driver, which is consistent with the service booked. Although we believe this situation resulted from a miscommunication rather than intentional negligence, we still wanted to make things right. For that reason, we issued you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and sincere regret that your experience fell short of what we strive to provide. Driver was waiting just outside of customs with our name on paper. Fast and easy way to get into Tiblisi. Car was very nice Mercedes and I'm glad I wasn't driving...

"Visit Georgia with George" went above and beyond. I'd mistakenly entered the wrong date for arrival — I did not account for an arrival after midnight (3:00am) turning over into the next calendar date and thus put in Oct 16th arrival instead of 17th. And so, they sent someone to pick us up at the airport who then waited until 6am on the day before our actual arrival. They contacted me via email, and once we were off our flight and I saw the message, we emailed back and forth and after I offered my phone number via Whats App, we were able to come to an agreement to schedule a pickup on the correct date for half price, charging only what it cost to compensate the driver for their time. The same driver was able to come back and pick up us, and take us directly to our hotel at the very late hour after our red-eye flight. Both the person I spoke with / the dispatcher, and the driver himself, were consummate professionals who made sure we were taken care of, and who were understanding re: my earlier error.

An excellent start to the trip. Beso was already waiting for us when we arrived making it an easy start to our holiday. The car was comfortable and clean and Beso gave us a good introduction to Georgia along with places to visit.
