Heldagstur til tre sydlige regioner i Armenien: Ararat, Vayots Dzor og Syunik. Det første stop er på Khor Virap Kloster i Ararat-dalen. Her begyndte den kristne historie Armenien i begyndelsen af det 4. århundrede. Bortset fra klosteret vil du også besøge den underjordiske dungeon, hvor St Gregory Illuminator blev holdt i 13 år. Vista punkt her har en af de bedste udsigt til Mount Ararat. Du vil fortsætte vejen til den maleriske Gnishik-canyon og nå Noravank-klosteret omgivet af røde klipper. Senere vil du have din frokost i en autentisk restaurant nær Arpa-floden og fortsætte vejen til hoveddestinationen af dagen - middelalderlige kloster Tatev. Fra Halidzor landsbyen vil du tage den længste ropeway i verden og flyve der over Vorotan slugten. Varighed: 13-14 timer Samlet afstand: 520 km

Det middelalderlige kloster ligger i den røde canyon i Gnishik-floden. Her kan hver besøgende føle det harmoniske forhold mellem arkitektur og natur.
Fly over Vorotan-slugten ved den længste svævebane i verden. Det tager 15 minutter at nå den anden side af canyonen i en afstand af 5,5 km. Prisen på billetten varierer i løbet af året.
Dagens vigtigste destination - middelalderlige kloster Tatev på den anden side af Vorotan Gorge.

It was an amazing tour. Comfortable car, an exceptionally amazing guide who took us to all the places in the package and breathtaking views. This private tour was all we wanted and expected from our trip to Armenia. Especially the journey, snow covered mountains, snow steams and cold winds made it much more memorable. Gor was our driver-cum- guide and he is a gem of a person. We talked all through our journey of 12-13 hours knowing about all what this tour and Armenia has to offer. Wings of Tatev is a real, once in a lifetime experience, more magical in winters with snow all around you. Would recommend Gor to everyone who ever books this tour. Associate was great and cooperative but many commitments made in the booking list was news to him. Like food and drinks included, free WiFi etc. We had to pay for food and drinks. It is very frustrating to tell him that these are your inclusions and them see a doubtful face. I would never recommend Viator.
