Hvis du kun har en dag til en safari, anbefaler vi en dagstur til de nærmeste nationalparker: Tarangire eller Lake Manyara National Park. FAKTISK HAR PARKEN DEN STØRSTE KONCENTRATION AF ELEPHANTER I HELE LANDET OG GIVER UNIKKE CHANSER TIL AT BEMÆRKE INTERAKTIONEN MELLEM ELEPHANT-FAMILIER.

Vi henter dig fra dit hotel i Arusha kl. 8 og tager dig til en meget speciel nationalpark. Tarangire er berømt for sit mangfoldige landskab med ni forskellige vegetationszoner. Parken er især kendt for overfloden af gamle baobabtræer (de største træer på kontinentet), som fylder landskabet og dværger dyrene ved siden af. Parkens flod er fuld af dyreliv lige fra et stort udvalg af fugle til løver, leoparder, zebraer, giraffer, bøfler, antiloper og selvfølgelig elefanter. Faktisk har parken den største koncentration af elefanter i hele landet og giver unikke chancer for at observere samspillet mellem elefantfamilier. Frokostområdet er fascinerende og kan prale af et observatorium med fantastisk udsigt til floden og dyrelivet (med gode chancer for at se en jagt, mens du holder din picnic). Om eftermiddagen vil vi stadig lave en game drive, før vi vender tilbage til Arusha (omkring kl. 17.00 til 18.00 er returtiden).

5 days safari in Taragire, Serengeti and Ngoro Ngoro...just GREAT! Our guide Eduard was great in accompanying us on this journey. He searched patiently for animals, you told us in simple words so many details, he was tireless and always smiling and helpful: in a nutshell he and the wonders of nature made this holiday unforgettable. The experience with a tour operator on site was absolutely positive, we recommend and will do it again.

I never believed that being in Tanzania could feel like being in a living, real dream. Thanks to the guide we had, James, we lived the experience to the fullest, seeing the Big Five and animals we had never seen or even known about before, but that are absolutely amazing. James’s driving skills were incredible, and the whole time we spent in the jeep felt very cozy. Without a doubt, I would recommend experiencing it with this company.

The trip was amazing! I have to applaud my driver and guide Habibu who has been great throughout the journey. He has a really good set of eyes and can see all animals from the distance. He is also polite and timely.

My trip with Soul of Tanzania was absolutely amazing! I went with my family, and our guide, Shabani, truly impressed us all. He had so much knowledge about African history, sharing stories about the Maasai people as well as the wildlife. On safari, he was incredible, almost like he had a bionic eye, spotting animals from any distance. At first, we thought he was joking when he pointed things out, but he was always right. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, along with some of the harder-to-spot animals like cheetahs, and we even saw a serval cat, which is such a rare sight! The whole experience was unforgettable. The food and the lodges were perfect, but what touched us the most was the generosity and kindness of the Tanzanian people. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The safari was an unforgettable experience, which became even better thanks to our guide, Godlisten. He was super fun throughout the trip, always with good disposition, and did everything we could to get to see the animals from close. In addition, he was always available to answer our questions, explaining with a lot of knowledge about the animals, nature and even the history of Tanzania itself. To complete, still helped us to take amazing photos, which we will save forever! I highly recommend this experience ❤️

What made our experience worth memorable in Tarangire was our guide/ driver, Cleopa. He is knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He has a sharp eyes to find the wild animals. As compared to Maasai Mara and Serengeti, we found fewer wild animals in Tarangire. The landscape though in Tarangire is beautiful.
