Du vil smage et udvalg af vine med tilknytning til områdets historie, herunder de prestigefyldte mærker Tenuta Campo Re og vores familiereservat, sammen med to fremragende ekstra jomfruolivenolier produceret på Etna. Frokosten vil blive tilberedt med økologiske og sæsonbestemte ingredienser, primært fra vores egen have, efter opskrifter, der er gået i arv gennem generationer. Mellem historier, traditioner og kuriositeter om Etna og Sicilien vil du opleve et øjeblik med autentisk deling. Kun få minutter fra Taormina, væk fra folkemængderne, vil du opdage et ægte Sicilien, som man sjældent ser på traditionelle turistruter.

For at gøre din oplevelse endnu nemmere og mere afslappende tilbyder vi en personlig transportservice direkte fra dit hotel, B&B, lejlighed eller et aftalt mødested. Afhentning og aflevering fra Taormina og omkringliggende områder er tilgængelig mod et lille tillæg på €28 pr. person for en tur/retur. Vi byder også gæster velkommen, der bor i Catania, Messina eller ankommer med krydstogtskib, og tilbyder en dedikeret transport tur/retur mod et lille tillæg på €110 pr. bil. We booked a private cooking class with Sicilian Soul Experience to celebrate one of my employee’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best team experiences ever. Under the warm guidance of Miss Angela and her incredibly friendly son Gaetano, we learned to make fresh pasta, authentic parmigiana, and a heavenly tiramisù. We laughed nonstop, toasted together, and discovered beautiful Sicilian stories and traditions. It felt like being welcomed into a real Sicilian family. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to create special memories!

My experience was like discovering a secret. I felt the emotion of being in a true sicilian home where beetwen, wine glasses, true receipts shared between generations in a very cosy environment. We had dinner with Angela, Tano and their staff as a true family. Truly reccomended
This experience was the highlight of our 2 week cruise in Europe! The food was out of this world and the hospitality was even better! Angela and her whole family overwhelmed us with delicious food and wine, and made us feel right at home. We all fell in love with Taormina and want to go back and would definitely want to do this again! Her husband, Salvatore, picked us up from the ship and took us on a tour of the city before we went to their home for one of the best meals ever. Definitely worth paying extra for that added service, it was amazing!!!

From the very beginning, you can feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a real home, where guests are treated not as customers but as friends. The family who runs the activity is incredibly kind, helpful, and passionate about their traditions. During the evening they guided us through the preparation of typical sicilian dishes, explaining each step with enthusiasm, the ingredients used, and the stories behind the recipes. It was fascinating to learn the little secrets of sicilian cuisine directly from those who live and breathe it every day. The best moment was definitely sitting together at the table to enjoy everything we had prepared. The dishes were authentic, delicious, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover true sicilian traditional cuisine and enjoy a genuine, convivial moment rich in local culture. It’s not just a meal, but a memory that stays with you.
We had a truly special experience at Angela’s home. It was an evening dedicated to authentic Sicilian flavors, in a warm and welcoming setting. The traditional dishes were prepared with great care, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Each course felt connected to local traditions and the history of the region. The Etna wines we tasted were excellent and perfectly paired with the food. The atmosphere was the highlight: relaxed, genuine and informal. We felt sincerely welcomed throughout the evening. It’s an experience we would happily repeat and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover the real Sicily, away from the usual tourist spots.
We made arrangements to have Salvo pick us up at the strain station, which took off the stress of finding a ride to the experience. At the home we were greeted by Angela and their son to their beautiful home. They are a wonderful family that gave us a glimpse of the food that makes Sicily a great place to experience traditional recipes with a modern flair. They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like were old friends. The Great hospitality and generosity was over the top. They served us a variety of food and each was paired with great wine from the Etna region. You need to go hungry because it’s an overwhelming abundance and variety of food that was shared. This is a must If you are looking for a great experience with amazing food with an equally amazing family.
