Beskrivelse
There was a short talk before the meditation session in the temple explaining the purpose and goal of zen meditation. Then a nice session in the kitchen making tasty onigiri and miso soup.
We truly appreciate you joining our onigiri and miso soup cooking experience at Takayama Zenkoji! It was a pleasure sharing this moment with you, and we hope it became a memorable part of your time in Japan. If you ever return to Takayama, we’d love to welcome you again!
The experience of meditating with guidance was inspiring. Miso and onigiri making was extremely well taught. More importantly, the people at the temple were kind, patient and able to explain all in a simple and understandable manner. All in all a great morning
