Vi fokuserer på at gøre én ting godt: korrekt surfundervisning, med opmærksomhed på detaljer og reel progression. Vores surfskole er placeret direkte ved foden af Maspalomas-duinerne i Playa del Inglés, så tæt på stranden som det bliver. Når forholdene er rigtige, den lokale strand break tilbyder meget gode bølger til at lære og forbedre. Vi arbejder med et permanent team af kvalificerede instruktører og holder vores grupper små - maksimalt 5 studerende pr. instruktør. Dette gør det muligt for os at tilpasse hver session til niveauet og målene for hver surfer, uanset om det er din første gang eller du allerede har erfaring. Små grupper, lokal viden og konsekvente instruktører gør forskellen – og fører til en afslappet, sjov surfdag med reelle fremskridt.

5 days beginner course, muscles hurt, but we all surfed successfully! The team at Surf Canaries is great - competent, professional, very friendly, patient, motivating and humorous. The surf material is very good, there is an orange and water daily and the wetsuits are also washed daily. Emphasis is placed on technique and progress, everyone receives personal Feetback. Highly recommended! Top 👍🏻

It was awesome! Martha really knows what she is talking about. She explained it all very clearly, she was nice, chill and understanding. She helped us in the first part but we could also try individually to catch the right waves. Really really recommend!

The surf instructors were excellent and very experienced. By following their guidance, we were able to learn quickly and felt confident in the water. Great teaching and supportive — highly recommended.

I had an amazing time with Surf Canaries surf school and would highly recommend it for beginners. The instructors are excellent at clearly explaining techniques and then helping you gradually apply them at your own level once you are in the water. Group sizes are small, which means you get plenty of individual attention and guidance throughout the session. A lot of thought has gone into structuring the classes, including well timed breaks where you can enjoy complimentary fruit, which is a really nice touch. The photos provided at the end are a lovely bonus and a great way to remember the experience. You do need to carry your surfboard to the beach, which is not far and actually adds a bit of extra fitness training. Both Marta and Dani were fantastic, supportive, patient, and encouraging, making the whole experience fun and confidence boosting.

Experience made by my son and dad: as soon as they arrived the staff welcomed and instructed them. Equipment is provided by them. I recommend bringing water, because they distribute it through the bottles and do not use the classic water bottles. They were kindly given glass bottles. But if you have a personal water bottle even better. The instructors are capable and well organized, they took them to a point on the coast where you could practice safely. Both had a lot of fun, and we with them to revisit the photographs. Recommended!

Good point about the water — we avoid single-use plastic and provide refill water and glass bottles, but bringing a personal bottle is always a good idea. Surf Canaries is a great surf school! I tried surfing here for the first time, was great. Very well organized, motivating and very gracious surf instructors. I will definitely come back!

I had never surfed before, I only practiced SUP I took advantage of my vacation in Gran Canaria to take a course in an idyllic setting, I wasn't disappointed! A welcoming team, clear explanations, great care from start to finish! Learning in a good mood with quick results, I stood on my first wave from start to finish 😁 I need to train and improve now but the basics are learned 🤙 Thank you very much to Julien and Jordan for everything they taught me and for this great afternoon of pure fun!
