Some unacceptable individuals. They have canceled the tour because they preferred a private event and they informed me with only a few hours' notice. Very bad.
Boat captain was good. Crew was attentive and professional. Great music. Everything was clean and we’ll maintained

Incredibly Lively Experience, and it was the highlight of our trip. My friends had a blast, and we would absolutely do it again. 5 stars!
Very good staff and picturesque tour. Nice onboard live music. Careful if you get sea sick. Very close to other attractions.

Money was taken from my account on the 9th October for trip on 11th . Told we could cancel if changed our mind but no further communication allowed us to do this . Passed from person to person . City sailing to Viator. Sent to wrong port by text 2miles away . Wasn’t told trip was cancelled but had to go to office to find out . Wasted an entire day and was very let down . I wish for a full refund as the trip was cancelled due to bad weather and we could not go the next trip due to other commitments . Was an extremely frustrating experience .

The boat was nice and the trip was lovely however the bar staff were quite erratic, with long queues and confusion when ordering drinks. Requesting cash payment, despite card only being advertised. Overall it was good value for money and I would recommend, however the staff were a little peculiar.
