Horrible experience wasn’t able to even go on the cruise. I was there at 4:54 PM and the boat was already in the middle of the ocean. The boat left before 5 PM. The lady at the gate was very rude not accommodating. I asked for a manager didn’t let me see the manager. I’m coming from California. I booked this three weeks ago very offended very disrespectful. Very rude service horrible.
The meeting location was simple to find. Bona Vida employees were in good spirits throughout the trip. The catamaran was clean and spacious. The music created a nice atmosphere throughout the sail. Sunset was breath taking especially as the sun began to set over the water!!
The crew was cool and nice, and the people on the boat were. I recommend doing it toward the end of your trip to wrap up the stay 🤭
A very beautiful experience, completely worth it; as a recommendation, the music was very low and could not be heard, and including more appetizers would be great even if the price goes up; it is 2 hours, it should include at least 2 drinks and more appetizers
This experience by far was one of the best experiences ever! The meeting point was at dock 3. The crew is amazing! They help you get on and off the boat safely, the music 10/10 and vibes! They are very punctual! They give you small appetizer (cheese rolls) and you get 1 free drink but if you want more Drinks you’re more than welcome to purchase at the bar. This pina colada 10/10. Theirs a professional photographer on board, he is very affordable I highly recommend you let him take your pictures!!! You stop on the water to actually take in the break taking views!
Very organized. Enjoyable way to end the day. Fun music, good vibe. They served one complimentary drink and one small empanada. Considering the length of the cruise, they should have had a bit more in complimentary offerings.

I was severely ill and not able to board the boat. I kindly requested a refund as I would rebook the boat when I return to the city again. On vacation, my request was rejected. It’s not fair to be charged for a boat ride I never attended due to being sick. I cannot control being sick. This is bad and predatory business. I will be using my travel Instagram with almost 30,000 to warn all travelers to never use this boat service when in Cartagena Colombia if my refund isn’t promptly processed and refunded

Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive any medical certificate or medical documentation supporting the request. Without such documentation, the reservation remains subject to our standard cancellation and no-show policy, and we are therefore unable to process a refund. Overall calm experience. Doesn’t venture far out but it’s relaxing and calm as you wait for the sun to set.

I had the best time! The music kept the boat lively through the whole trip, and the captain clearly manuevered the boat so that everyone got great sunset views. Can’t recommend enough!
