Terrible. Booked the boat tour a week in advance for my birthday and last day in Montreal. Paid. Booking was cancelled morning of the boat trip saying they oversold. This totally ruined my birthday plan. I could have chosen a different excursion had it been cancelled earlier OR said SOLD OUT when I bought my ticket. Ridiculous
Bonjour, We are sincerely sorry that your reservation had to be cancelled, especially since it was planned for your birthday and your final day in Montreal. Unfortunately, the third-party booking platform was not connected in real time with our reservation system, which resulted in the activity being oversold. We contacted you as soon as we identified the issue, approximately 12 hours before departure, but we fully understand that this still left you with very little time to make alternative plans. We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. The system integration is currently being corrected to prevent this situation from happening again. Au plaisir
We loved the sunset boat ride. Our boat driver/guide was very informative and the scenery was breathtaking.

I had a mixed experience. Booking: First, the time slot in my confirmed ticket was already sold out. So the tour operator contacted me to schedule another time. This hiccup was blamed on an unnamed "third party." This was unprofessional, not to mention what would happen when I have an official ticket for the wrong tour. Boarding: Second, the location was vague. It was simply "the pier with the jet skis." When I showed up 15 minutes before departure there were 3 other cruise boats there, none of them the correct one. There was no personnel to direct me. When I called the "emergency" number I was then waved down (by a non-uniformed employee) and shown the right boat which had just shown up 8 minutes before departure. The company personnel had suddenly appeared as well. Cruise: I was expecting narration but got (over the course of an hour) maybe 3 or 4 interesting facts screamed over a very loud motor. It was hard to decipher over the accent. There was more marketing of the other services and tours the company offers. Despite the above, I still rate this 4 stars because of the captain. I couldn't understand him half the time (the motor drowned out his voice) and he spent maybe 10 minutes saying anything at all. But he knew how to give us all a memorable experience. Just his piloting skills and his general attitude were enough to overcome all the bad experiences up to that point.

It was a great tour and the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is that it started raining heavily the second half of the tour.

The tour exceeded our expectations; we expected a large boat, and it turned out to be a small boat with only 10 people, very intimate and extremely comfortable. Alex is an excellent guide, very pleasant and fun! We loved the experience!

It was difficult to find the boat since the directions weren't sufficiently detailed and there's not adequate signage but staff were helpful and after a couple calls, we finally found the boat! It's a pretty casual and no frills operation (no drinks or snacks to buy) but the guide was very nice and informative and we had a peaceful and beautiful boat ride- and interestingly, we seemed to be the only boat on the water at sunset, so it felt that much more special!

Great outing with a guide/driver who provided excellent commentary. Recommend bringing a jacket even in warm weather, because it gets chilly skimmimg over the waves!
