Ledet af en passioneret lokal foodie, vil du udforske Limas største marked, møde venlige leverandører og lære den kulturelle betydning af hver ret. Undervejs vil du også kunne se ikoniske vartegn som Plaza Mayor, Lima-katedralen, regeringspaladset og San Francisco-basilikanen. Vi starter denne tur ved hoveddøren til Gran Hotel Bolivar, ud mod Plaza San Martin, med lidt sightseeing, før vi går til en lokal bar, hvor vi vil have tamal ledsaget af emoliente og et skud pisco

Truly wonderful authentic experience! We've done many food tours across the world. This one ranks very high on blending history, culture and local foods that you don't see elsewhere. What a great little introduction to Lima and the Peruvian food culture. Sheyla, our tour guide, really gave a great history of where we were, where we were going and what we were eating. We booked the Exquisito Street Food, Market and Old Eateries Tour while visiting Lima, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We’ve done food tours all over the world, so our expectations were high, but Valeria absolutely delivered. All seven stops were excellent. Nothing felt repetitive or like filler, and every tasting added something new to our understanding of Peruvian cuisine. Beyond the food itself, Valeria provided fantastic historical and cultural context that made the experience feel much deeper than a typical tasting tour. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and storytelling brought each neighborhood, market, and restaurant to life. We left not only full, but with a much greater appreciation for Lima’s culinary traditions and history.

We loved the experience. Very good explanations from the guide Marcos, both the historical-cultural explanations and the gastronomic ones. The selection of dishes was very well chosen to get to know authentic Limean and Peruvian gastronomy. Tip: don't eat a big breakfast beforehand! Absolutely recommended.

Excellent tour! Aura was very kind and showed me tourist spots and others that were a bit more hidden. Also, the food was very good. I highly recommend it!!!
