Great experience! After reading bad reviews about this place online after booking it, we were a little nervous of what was to come. If you are looking to ride a horse fast on the beach, that’s not what you’re going to get. But if you’re looking for a great place to take photos and a beautiful calm ride along the beach, this is ideal. I’m not an experienced rider so I was OK going at a slow walking pace. Also, the horses looked fine and taken care of and the staff was very kind. They even took photos and videos of us on our phones at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

An absolutely beautiful ride on the beach. These horses are in excellent shape and well taken after. I own my own horses and was very impressed with the horses and how well trained they were. My husband and I had so much fun galloping down the beach together and swimming with the horses. The guides were great at taking photos and videos for us, but let us do our own thing on the ride. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location for a horse ride. My daughter being an experienced rider loved galloping up and down the beach. Thanks to the guides for letting my daughter do her thing.

When booking this I realized I wasn’t able to get there on time when I messaged the company to reschedule they took quite awhile to get back to me, so as to not hold the spot that I wouldn’t make I cancelled online -which I understand is non refundable. The company called me on WhatsApp to reschedule and I was ecstatic but it really was something I wanted to do. They told me I could do the next day at a later time, and I had to send another email for confirmation. I messaged them 4/5 times and tried to call them. I didn’t receive any response.

For experienced riders this is a great option. Horses are looked after and well groomed. You are able to ride at your own pace without the ‘group outride’ limitations.

I am an advanced rider who competes and instructs with over 30 years experience. The advert states… .“Experience the thrill of riding a horse along the powdery-white beaches of Thailand when you book this horseback riding tour in Phuket. Join a small group and canter alongside the crashing waves of the Andaman Sea. Riders should have an intermediate or advanced understanding of horseback riding to participate in this tour” The horse provided was not cabable of cantering and would on trot if the trainer would not jog along side. This is certainly not an intermediate or advanced riding session. Most of the time was spent on the lead reign as the guide said the horse was scared of the people and the water?. The horse appeared lame, we left after 20 minutes of the 60 min session. The horse was suitable for a beginner guided walk at best. Do not recommend unless you are looking for a led walk on the beach.

Me and my daughter of 13 years old had a great experience riding up and down the beach for 1 hour. You could see the horses are treated really well. The guides were super friendly and helpful. Our guide took lots of photos. This day was a bit foggy so the photos turned out kind of blurry. Certainly not the guides fault. my daughter is an experienced rider. I am an intermediate rider. When we arrived at the beach our guide told us kind of straight away to go off and start cantering. Because we were not accustomed to the horses yet we were a bit hesitant what to do. We took off cantering but my daughters horse was really eager to canter and got quiet excited. The horse wanted to overtake the horse I was riding on. But my horse didn’t accept this so my daughters horse started prancing. It would have been beter if the guide would have told us beforehand how the horses would react to each other. My daughter got kind of scared because of her horse prancing. We changed horses and continued to have a great ride on the beach. I would certainly recommend taking a ride on the beach.

It was not my best experience in vacational riding. We came together as a couple and the staff gave us two horses who were in conflict and could not ride side by side, because one was kicking another. This fact we found out already on the way to the beach. No idea why they decided to give us two horses who could not stand one another while they had 11 horses. Apparently, one horse was kicked by another and began to do uncontrolled gallop on the beach without any way to stop. Fortunately, my experience was enough to handle this gallop and not to fall but this was completely insane horse behavior and definitely unsafe for a rider, even for experienced. Appears that this horse had a lack of training with human, and no way it should be given at vacational riding rent for chill beach ride. Considering that there are people, dogs, kids on the beach. So, instead of chill and relaxing walk I got a morning stress. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the staff provides no safety in horses choice for the riders. As for positive sides — the beach is really nice and has beautiful view on the hill. There are good comfortable western type saddles. Showering horses after the ride was a nice bonus.
