Excellent tour of the palace...our guide Oliver was exceptional, very knowledgeable, loves his Sweden heritage
This was so interesting and beautiful. Our guide, Oliver, was outstanding! The history of this place is not to be missed!
The tour guide oliver was good. However the price for booking was extremely high as we paid 150 pounds for 2 adults and children .tour says skip he line but there was hardly any line as the tours are guided. Tye company needs to rethink the price they are charging for the customers and not worth it at all.
unfortunately one of the tour guides did not show up so our gal had two groups which was way too crowded. The palace itself is nice and there's lots to read but this tour is just a walk thru overview. You can go back thru on your own, but we would just skip the tour and do it on our own next time.
The tour was beautiful. A huge amount of history was unpacked and truly helped us gain lots of knowledge around the Swedish royals. Our guide Oliver was very passionate and enthusiastic and helped make the experience a lot more enjoyable. We met outside of the palace and were quickly met him and our tickets which made the entering process a lot smoother.

Lamentable: our group was very large (about 50 people) and the English-speaking guide led us at a forced march, rattling off her explanations without waiting for people to arrive. A scam: prefer the official museum website with a real guide
It was a lovely tour. Had a great time. It was a very pleasant tour we learned a lot about history from the guide
It was the worst Viator travel experience that I have ever had. The tour had over 30 people in it. That was about 20 overcapacity. The guide did the best she could but most of our group had difficulty hearing what she said. I did hear her say that another guide had a last minute emergency so 2 groups were combined. This is the peak of summer season . Why would you NOT have a back-up plan for a substitute tour guide? Poor management. Everybody in this group of 35 should get a REFUND due to poor experience.
The skip the line your of the Royal Palace was really good. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we loved touring the palace. Afterwards, we went to the treasury which was included with our ticket.
