Nice clean bus. Ear buds worked well and you could hear and understand. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a lovey tine. A great way to see the city and get an overview of it by bus and boat.
The route and sightseeing was great however the bus did not come to our port stop as advertised. They stoped at another port later in the day and waited 20 minutes for those passengers. One of the buses heat was on very high making everyone uncomfortable. Also stop # 16 was not well marked. We missed it completely and had to run back to catch the bus!
The audio guide is quite bad; better to go with the public transport.
Great way to get around and view Stockholm, and get off and on. We mainly visited the ABBA museum, and Vasa museum but the line for vasa on a Saturday was long.
What a fun way to tour. The map was very helpful. Saved us a whole lot of walking allowing us to only go to the sites that interested us. The only downside was that there needs to be signage for what part of the port to wait for the boat tour. Even the people at the booth didn’t know where to go for this portion of the tour.
We rode around the wile tour and really enjoyed it. Just remember to get ear buds as soon as you get on the bus!

The bis barely stops at any of the designated stops - only of there are people at the stop waiting to get on. Otherwise the driver goes right past the stop and there is no way to indicate you want to get off. Ninety percent of the audio is music - so you’re essentially driving around, listening to Muzak, having no idea where you are. Huge waste of time and money.
This bus/boat experience was very frustrating and disappointing. There are no hours posted on the app, so you have no way of knowing when the boats are coming. One day they completely re-routed the buses and the people working there gave us very poor correct information.
There were three young men from three different African countries who were the greeters that really helped to get me off to a good. I had a great time on the boat and on the bus getting to all the different sites
