I had a perfect day at the Water Village in Phu Quoc! They took us to Starfish Beach by small boat, and we could freely explore and play on the beach. Lunch was a fresh and abundant seafood feast, and the grilled fish was absolutely delicious! In the afternoon, we even tried fishing—it was such a fun experience. Definitely worth a visit!
Starfish Bay has clearly been moved for commercial reasons star fish have been moved from there original habitat to a smaller beach not worth seeing

Our experience is a pre-booked combo tour that includes the boat trip to Starfish Beach and a seafood lunch at our floating restaurant as well as other activites. Guests either arrange their own transport to our meeting point or can contact us for assistance in advance. The staff where amazing. So welcoming and good. Beach i beautifull. The fresh sea food is probably the best i ever had! 10/10
The transportation and getting there was a little bit confusing.But on arrival turned out to be a pretty good experience. We had lunch first you were able to see fish in low harbor and then we took a boat ride.Which is about ten minutes to starfish beach, great experience
Went with 2 seniors, a 6 year old and myself and it was the perfect day trip for them. It was just enough of a rustic adventure and yet not too intense, plus the flexible start and end time was great. The starfish beach was amazing with very soft sand and clear waters. The seafood lunch was super fresh. Also enjoyed relaxing on a hammock and trying out fishing at the pier. Guides were friendly and speak good English. Better go while you can because we were told that some developer might be taking over the land and clearing all these floating houses away. :(
Fantastic experience! The beach was wonderful. Lots of starfish and crystal clear water for swimming. Our highlight tho was the meal at the family restaurant! The family is so welcoming and wonderful! We had a ton of fun hanging out afterwards and fishing off the dock and chatting with the family.
We really enjoyed this day out in the water front village… Everyone was really friendly and welcoming l. Lunch was excellent and we left full ❤️ Star beach was little disappointing… not clean
Excellent trip with friendly locals who took us to a Starfish beach followed by the best meal we have had in Vietnam ( and we have had some great ones!) Rustic set up of a floating restaurant- which exudes charm and feels like you have had a privileged invitation to someone’s home - and mum is a brilliant cook. Such a lovely natural environment all built on stilts in the water. Go there soon as I believe developers have bought the surrounding land and will be pushing these wonderful entrepreneurs out of the area. Shame as we enjoyed this day more than any I could have done in a resort. Wish I had taken pictures of the food but we were too busy devouring it!
I went early for this trip so arriving at the meeting point for just after 8am …. I highly recommend doing that if possible as this meant getting to starfish beach before others so it made for a lovely experience pretty much having the whole beach to yourself. The food provided was excellent and the staff really friendly and helpful
Amazing local experience. The service was amazing, the food was extremely fresh, and the Starfish Beach breathtaking. I highly recommend this experience to anyone!
