We did not do the tour as our cruise was cancelled due to COVID-19. I had organized with Sarah, a tour for 10 persons, all day east-west and a 50% deposit paid. When we cancelled, within a reasonable time, out deposit was refunded back. Sarah was exceptional to work with. Communications were answered promptly and efficiently. If we ever had an opportunity to visit Salalah again, I wouldn't hesitate to book with Best Shore Trips Salalah.
As I was preparing our trip, my wife and I decided we wanted a private guide that could be flexible and at the same time show us places that were not on the traditional circuit. That's how we found the contact details of Ali Almahri (ali.almahri4@hotmail.com) In short, that's the best move we could have done. We were never with the crowd and felt like everyone else was really missing out. We have a little girl, she was 3 at the time and to be honest, we couldn't feel more comfortable. Ali has a really good level of English and is really knowledgeable when it comes to the history of the place (he grew up in Salalah). Our trip was custom made to fit us and even during the trip, he showed great flexibility and was super accommodating... 100% recommended, 1000 thanks Ali, and all the best my friend!
