Der er ingen bedre måde at lære om et samfunds historie og kultur end at spise dets mad. På vores Newfoundland Food Tour, vil du gå og spise din vej gennem downtown St. John's. Newfoundland og Labrador har en af de mest unikke mad kulturer i Canada. Langt kendt for fisk og skaldyr, vildt og lækre traditionelle måltider, har provinsen en lang liste med mund-vandrende ingredienser og opskrifter. Fra en CFA-succes i salg af elskede Newfoundland-bakkerier til en hjemsøgt pub, der inspirerede et tv-apparat til en tidligere frugtstand, der bogstaveligt talt blev bygget på asken fra den store brand, vil vi udforske de mennesker, historier og mad, der gør byen unik. Kom sulten! Hvis du ankommer mave-funded, når vi færdiggøre vores gåtur, vil du være stogged. Vi vil udforske Water Street Pedestrian Mall, mens vi går mellem madstop. Vores restauranter stopper vil tage os langs Water Street, ned til havnen og op til Duckworth Street.

Had amazing food and our guide was very knowledgeable about everything. I'm the foodie and my husband even ate everything on his plate. Def recommend. I'd even do it again.
Loved it! Tyla was excellent. The food samples which were more like shareables were delicious and I did not eat the rest of the day. Two thumbs up. Recommend, recommend and recommend, give it a try you will not be disappointed

Our guide Mckenzie was very knowledgeable in the history of the area, the foods and how the locals currently enjoy the foods - some on special occasions and others daily. Walking around to different restaurants, we were served delicious samples like moose slider, fish & chips, toutin , flaky, and fish cake. Left with a full belly and fun facts. Definitely recommend it.

We loved the local variety of food (toutons, flakies, moose burger, ice cream, and fish and chips). Our guide, Tyra, was excellent. She provided colourful history of St John’s and wonderful stories about Newfoundlanders.
