Fabulous experience . My friend and I arrived early for our slot but staff were so helpful and friendly . Gave us options what we could do - there was a big group arriving and as they were late we were allowed to in and was able to go round the exhibition easily without too many others . As avid Beatles fans it was interacting , poignant and informative . Enjoyed refreshments afterwards and strolled around the peaceful gardens . Thank you
Had a wonderful time at Strawberry Fields. A warm & friendly feeling straight away when greeted at the door. The staff are so welcoming especially Gilly (front of house) & Daniel (in the cafe). Spent the time to explain everything & what work Salvation Army are doing to help disabled people back into work. You could feel the love & support for this. The visitor experience was both informative & a good balance between the history of Strawberry Fields & John Lennon history. Make sure you grab some food in the cafe because it was really well priced & it helps towards the training.
Great tour! Everyone was very kind!!
Thank for your review, we're glad you enjoyed your visit.
Absolutely magical experience! we were very very lucky. strawberry Field does not open till 10 AM. We got there at nine and they let us in early because a huge tour was coming in a little bit after 10 o’clock so it was basically my wife and I and one very nice lady sitting in the middle of the park reading a book. not quite as big as I thought it would be but still a wonderful magical place highly recommend this to anybody going to Liverpool or especially doing Beatles tour
Welcoming staff, wonderful, emotional tour, beautiful garden and a lovely cafe. Cafe was so clean and tidy, even though it was busy, staff were working hard to clear tables and serve food and drinks. Perfect outdoor seating area. Loved the shop ! Would definitely recommend a visit. No need to “skip the line” if you have booked direct. A very special afternoon x

My son and I visited Strawberry Field on a very hot day and as we were hurrying to make our appointed slot I arrived very flustered and breathless. The staff on reception were so kind and got me a seat and some water to allow me to catch my breath which was much appreciated. The centre is so peaceful and the exhibition is a perfect balance of the history of the Salvation Army and their presence there alongside the connection with John Lennon and the Beatles song. Very interesting and informative without being too touristy. The garden is a really peaceful oasis and a joy to explore. All in all it was a brilliant visit and I can highly recommend it

I’ve been a Beatles fan since I was 12 years old, and this is my first time doing the proper tour of Strawberry Field. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the site itself is a dream. A must have for any big Beatles/John Lennon fan!

We spent 5 hours here and had an amazing time. The staff were very welcoming. There's a shop with lots of merchandise at reasonable prices, we used the cafe for lunch. The food was delicious and plenty of it. They were happy for us to take our own birthday cake too. The exhibition was very interesting and informative. The gardens were beautiful. Lots of room to wander and for children to run around. Definitely worth a visit.
